I purchased a set of bougicords from the above mentioned supplier on the 24th September 2011 when I got home my mechanic adviced that I was supposed to buy a set that comes in 4 the one I got comes in 6, so because they had closed already I went and bought the correct set from a different supplier. Ive been calling them to get them to refund me and Im being sent from pillar to post. I just want to hand them back and get my money because I still have proof of purchase and I dont want any form of compensation all I want is my refund of R609.90 (The document number on the receipt is 521547w. Please assit as you are my last resort Regards |

Hello lehumo, Thank you for shopping at Jack's Paint & Hardware Alberton. I have spoken with Clint Germanus (the store owner) this morning when I received your complaint via Hellopeter.com and he assured me that they would refund your purchase "no problem". The only criteria for refund according to Clint is that the goods are brought back to his store in their original packaging (undamaged) and that you have your sales receipt.
