Horrific Service

Firstly we paid Wispex Burgersfort in October 2011 for installation and were promised installation in 4 days which took 4 weeks for some or other reason. Two weeks later we were cut cut off due to a Fault Hub, they came after numerous calls and recharged me for the hub, which is 2 weeks old and does not hold a Guarantee or Warranty. I made an issue and was asked to pay half. then again in December I was offline 3 quarters off the month due to they faulty hub but had to pay full subribtions. Finally when i was on line and they send me a statement in mid January 2012 I immediately made an Internet transfer. Today the 4 February they have cut me of for some or other reason ! I keep writing emails and phoning but nobody does anything. Incompetent staff drop the phone when they hear my voice. A service company should over a service not promise and not deliver. I would love to hear response from them.
