very poor service from them

iam trying for how long that they contact me on *** that i have proof what was arrange as i called asked what is oustanding there represetive made a mistake than i was in erars becues of that and i must just pay all they can say is they will handle the person ,i asked the maneger to put all on *** she said they have the records but i dont so i dont have any proof of any thing. i dont want to speak to them over the phone i want it in writing very poor service relay they are quick to block your phone but cant give you the service you want (answers)
