      <title>One Year Gift - Voucher not Registered - Bad service</title>

<![CDATA[To whom it may concern.<br> <br> I visited the Midrand branch on the 10 March 2012. I when given the ran around ever since.<br> First they were unable to give me a reference number and after two weeks I finally got one.<br> I have been trying to register on the site to make a booking. I called Michael several times to ask for help or a call centre number. I sent three email to contact us and the lady told me to call the midrand office as my voucher was never loaded on the system. There she gave me this number to call 011 467 5362 that rings to no avail. I was advised that now I need to drive back to midrand for another voucher. This is a totally unacceptable and I feel that if there is a problem on their side there they should courier me a new voucher or rectify the mistake.<br> <br> I expect urgent feedback with regards to this matter cause I will be taking this further for wasting my time and energy.<br> <br> Your sincerely <br> <br> Amelia Phillips<hr>]]>

      <title>The Holiday Club - Feedback / Response - What must one do to get a response?</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I submitted a query on Monday to the assist@theholiday club email address to query why they have not responded to emails sent on 10 May and 11 May.  Of the 3 emails, not one has yet been responded to.<br> The full details of the query can be emailed to you if someone cares enough to actually respond eventually.<br> What is going on at THC?? This year they messed up our billing, now they are messing up their service.       <title>Flexi Club - Warrent of execution - cancelation of contract</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I have been severed with a warrant of execution against property. After numerous attempts to have my membership cancelled I stopped paying their yearly user charge. Without any written correspondence from Flexi club the sheriff of the magistrate court appeared on my doorstep on the 17th May 2012 with the purpose of attaching goods in my house. I joined Flexi Holiday Club in 2002. A prescribed amount of R15 000 had to be paid over the next two years. This amount was paid in full.       <title>Holiday Access - Processed without my consent - Cancel membership</title>

<![CDATA[I went to Mykonos in November 2011, i got approached by a person handing us a scratch ticket. I then found out that i won something and that we had to go to the Flexi Club office to claim our prize. Once I got there I had to sit through an hour sales pitch. After the sales pitch, I told the consultant not to process my application if i did not give consent within 24 hrs.On the Friday the 18th of May 2012 i got a membership letter stating that i am a member an a outstanding balance of R495 for admin fee. which was processed on the 18/04/2012.This application was processed without my consent 5 months later .<br> <br> I wish to have this membership cancelled / terminated as it was processed without my consent.<br> <br> Membership number : 677625 <div><br></div><div>(Supplier name changed from Flexi Club to Holiday Access by Hellopeter.com)<br> <br>   </div>  <hr>]]>

      <title>The Holiday Club - Booking Query - Unavailablity of resorts through Holiday Club</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I bought my points from the Holiday Club a few years ago, thinking that this would be an investment in our future holidays. I have so far only utilised my points once, as each time when I phone to make a booking at a requested place, Im told that there is no availability. Unreal, how can this be possible and from reading some of the reports on Hello Peter, it seems that Im clearly not the only person complaining about the availability. It is low season and thought now would be a good time to book into Cabana Beach and yet again, have been told that there is nothing available.<br> It seems to me that investing in points is a really bad investment.       <title>The Holiday Club - Call Centre Efficiency - Great Service</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I had to phone The Holiday Club today to sort out a payment allocation so I could book our holiday & am so pleased with the service I received. I first spoke to Melanie in the payments dept who sorted out my query quickly & efficiently & also helped me with some other questions I had. She then transferred me to the reservations dept where I dealt with Ms T Moosa, she too was very helpful in making my reservation. I then had to phone back later as I noticed the arrival date on my confirmation was wrong & it was also sorted out & a new confirmation e-mailed to me almost immediately! The best part of the call centre is that you don't hold on forever for someone to answer your call. Every time I have phoned I haven't waited long & have got through easily & everyone has been helpful. Overall a very good experience!
