      <title>Mtn - Billing / Accounts - Account problem</title>

<![CDATA[I have been with MTN for over 15yrs and have never felt so digusted with their service, I`ve had bad experience with the call center, but nothing this bad.<br> I had an MTN contract with mtn (0833446974), went through a financial difficulty & ended up under debt review, I have been calling MTN since last week trying to establish if the account has been paid to date & no one can assist, Ive been sent from pillar to post, I`ve been reffered to VVM Attorneys who refer me back to MTN.<br> No one knows how much is outstanding or where the hell the account is.<br> <br> After so many years with such a big company, this is the thanks I get for my loyalty?? <hr>]]>

      <title>Telkom - Late / No Delivery - No customer feedback, broken promises.</title>

<![CDATA[Applied for ADSL line 1 May 2012, activation code received by email & text 16th, since then have wasted loads of time and money to actually get a line installed. Every arrangement is a problem, complaints via website are basically ignored, Emails to CEO-ignored! I don't want the line going through my neighbours property, I have a Telkom box and gumpole outside my property! They work, and besides they have said that they refuse to allow access due to theft from their property noticed after a Telkom visit. Why should my "service" be dependent on my neighbour anyway! Received and email about 10pm last night and really thought that this nightmare be over, but NO, the epic saga continues...... How many days do I have to be available for nothing? Apparently NOBODY from Telkom can use a telephone either, if they do can, they won't. Very frustrating!<hr>]]>

      <title>Telkom - Lack of Service! Line still not working!! - 5/6 mnths disputes with TELKOM! pathetic &quot;service&quot;</title>

<![CDATA[We connected a home line in October last year. Promo for free adsl. We were billed extra everysingle month! we HAD TO PAY in order to "re-store" a line that was never supposed to be suspended in the first place!<br> no-one has a sense of urgency at telkom. Call centres are 10% helpful. on Average we hold the line for 90min before they answer,during our work time! Telkom shops are jus as pathetic & understaffed, especially centurion mall!<br> <br> April 2012 we changed our package to the new promo R399 for the line & internet. To date my internet is not running!!!! and no-one there has been able to tell us why or fix it. yet it used to work perfectly with the previous package until March 2012. we received a call last thurs saying our adsl line was fixed, I go home & the entire ph line is out of order! no telephone! no internet!!!! telkom has a vast number of customers & needs to up its customer service to a standard that is acceptable! <br> <br> they are making enough money to provide substantial customer service in return. stop over-charging accounts,forcing people to pay it &then dispute the payment to get refunded. no-one has money like that! <br> <br> I want my ph line & internet fixed immediately!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Vodacom - Unethically duped into a cell phone contract - Unethically duped into a cell phone contract</title>

<![CDATA[My fiance was duped into a cell contract without even realising it was happening. Afrizon (direct dealer for Vodacom) called her & repeatedly mentioned the free phone & free voucher they were going to give her for being a vodacom customer, just as a token of appreciation for staying with vodacom. However, the sales person, Sphiwe, talks at a normal pace through most of the conversation, but at the two points in the conversation where my fiance is being informed that there are costs involved, i.e. a contract being activated, he speaks almost as fast as a horse race commentator & does not bother to confirm that she has heard or understood him properly.  He preys on the fact that the line is bad and that she can't hear him properly and as a result of him constantly reiterating "free" throughout the conversation, she does not even realise that he has made mentioned of a contract which is going to be activated & which she is going to be charged for.  The phone is unused & still in the box, she did not activate the simcard & she does NOT want ANOTHER contract. He didn't even mention that she must cancel within 14 days! Unethical! Fraudulent! Neither Vodacom or Afrizon accepts liability!<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[Hi<br> <br> There was a problem with my BIS not being activated on my new contract.  Tiaan assisted me to ensure this is resolved very quickly and timeously (within a few hours).<br> <br> Thank you also to Lizanne for excellent service whilst applying for my new contract.       <title>Cell C - Billing / Accounts - Being incorrectly billed for cancelled contract</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>After 3 weeks of logging complaints and 3 weeks of waiting for an actual person to address my complaint, again I have to resort to complaining in public forums about BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly this is not my first complain here with CellC either.<br> <br> I cancelled my 5GB CellC speed stick last year in Nov (by email). I signed up for a year and my contract lapsed in Feb 2012. I also upgraded my cellphone contract at the beginning of this year. When I checked my bill for March, April & May, I noticed that I am still being billed for this service.<br> <br> I distinctly remember the customer service representative assuring me when I cancelled my contract that the cancellations department will deal with my contract (so noted on the system) at the end of the 1 year contract (Feb 2012).<br> <br> I AM NOT A HAPPY CELLC CUSTOMER. <br> <br> I do not expect to be billed for a service that I have cancelled. I take it on good faith that when I request you to cancel a service and you acknowledge that you will cancel it, that you do AND THAT YOU STOP BILLING ME!!!<br> <br> Reimburse me for the incorrect bills !!! It is not acceptable that you only cancel my speed stick now.       <title>Autopage - Billing / Accounts - Utter rip off &amp; pathetic &quot;Customer Service&quot;</title>

<![CDATA[On the 9th March, after renewing my contract with Autopage for the 3rd/ 4th time, I requested for 3 things to be done - Loading of an SMS bundle, deactivate my BIS and load of a data bundle. Of those 3 requests, only 1 was actioned, with me having to be billed for BIS - to which I had to relog the query. Subsequent to that I realise my cell bill has been exorbitently high and spilling into a few thousand rands. I logged a complaint on the 22/5 for them to go back & pull the call & then reverse my funds - even quoting them on the ref number. After having spoken to several team leaders & escalating, I've called 6 times to find out what is happening, only to be told they havent pulled the call yet & done nothing abt my enquiry. Upon speaking to Jeffrey now, he simply transfers me to another call centre agent after i've asked why he's not done anything about my query especially with a debit order of a few thousand rands going off my account for 2 consecutive months?? I've had to hold on for literally 30 minutes whilst passed from pillar to post, so whos going to pay for me chasing up on something you are pd to do! Why am I being BLATANTLY ripped off! Autopage you are pathetic!!<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I went to the 8ta branch in Canal Walk on the 02/05/2012 to enquire about the 10GB data bundle offer that they had. It wasn't a long wait before I was assisted by Rhoda in the store and with her friendly help my application was completed in less than 10 minutes.
