      <title>Tracker Connect - Theft - Failure of Tracker to resolve issue of theft</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I had a tracking device installed in my car at the Nelspruit installation centre. When returning home I realized that my Leatherman multi-tool was missing from its place inmy car.<br> I reported this to Tracker the next morning however it took 3 months and a letter to their CEO before they responded to my issue.<br> Tracker then informed me that they will do a polygraph test on those who had access to my vehicle, but that I had to pay for it should all of them pass.<br> I agreed and the test were done. My problem is that the agency undertaking the test contacted me soon after to informed me that the test was only done on two of the three technicians because the one who performed the installation gave notice shortly before the test was undertaken and refused to come in for the test.<br> Given the circumstances I expected Tracker to at least contact me to work out some agreement, however I din't received any further response from Tracker and was billed for the polygraph tests.<br> This all happened during the course of last year and I have since given up on getting a response fromTracker, until I was told of the HelloPeter site.<br><br><b>Company Response</b><br><img height="16" align="left" src="http://www.hellopeter.com/images/icons/arrow.png"> <u>24th May 2012, 2:44pm</u><br><br>Hello DennisW,<br />

      <title>24 Hour Gate Technician - Going the Extra Mile - Good service</title>

<![CDATA[I would like to thank Chris For his service.I phoned Chris at 2 in the morning because someone tried to break into my house and they broke my gate,He arrived 20min later and it only took him 10 min to fix my gate,as a single mother i was scared at the price he might charge me for after hours,I told him when i first called him that i wont be able to pay him allot and he said my safety and my child's safety comes first and he wont charge me a fortune.I was very surprised because normally companies only care about the money.He really went an extra mile and i will for ever be great full.<br> I recommend this company and will continue to use Chris for all my security.<hr>]]>

      <title>24/7 Gate Technicians - Repairs/Service - excellent service</title>

<![CDATA[I phoned Chris at 2 o clock in the morning and he arrived at my house at 2:20  ,someone tried to break into my house and broke my gate BEING A SINGLE MOTHER I HAD NO ONE ELSE TO PHONE Chris arrived with a smile on his face and this was in 2 in the morning it took him about 20 min to fix the problem and i was very HAPPY.I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WILL SUPPORT HIS COMPANY 24 Hour Gate Technician AS I STILL DO TODAY HE OFFERS GREAT SERVICE AND IS VERY POLITE.<hr>]]>

      <title>Tracker Connect - Feedback / Response - Still no call regarding unit testing</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I am truly disgusted with the lack of service from tracker.  I have logged a call to test my unit.  I get a call that a technician will call me and i waited, a week past and no call.  Friday the 18th i call the call centre and they apologise and advise they will get a technician to call me.  IM STILL WAITING.       <title>Adt Security - Feedback / Response - ADT have disappeared</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I recently contacted ADT to advise I have not seen one of their vehicles in my area for the last 7 weeks, they told me they are in the area and every time they pass my house will leave a note so I know they are around....this was too good to be true as I am yet to see one note! Yesterday the power to my alarm was intercepted and I was not notified by ADT....last week my alarm went off and no one contacted me! This is very poor service.       <title>Chubb - Repairs / Servicing - Bad service and bad attitude:</title>

<![CDATA[We had a burglary between 24-26 Dec 2012. We were not contacted,or informed of the burglary. On investigating after, the manager blatant confessed that they had contacted us,it reveals that they did not. This was not the first incident where we lost money because of there service. <br> We approached Chubb to assist us in our loss due to their poor service, which they refused. We pay over R500 per month for services that we do not receive. Every time we loose money they just pull up their shoulders, not their problem. So why do we have security? <br> This service is unacceptable and it is time that Chubb should participate in the losses that companies and individuals get due to their poor services.<br> For all users of Chubb, beware of of their service, you are going to loose out! It is never their fault and they do not support you at all in your losses.<hr>]]>

      <title>Adt Security - Feedback / Response - ADT Security is only interested in your money! </title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>ADT Security does not only have inadequate technical staff who don't fix problems but leaves them to damage the rest of your security system so that they can come back and charge you for a whole new system.<br> When quoting for this new system they then charge you 5 times the amount it would cost you to go to a private contractor.<br> I needed a damage report to submit my claim to our insurance company, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received it. I have called a total of 6 times. The last 2 times I have requested to speak to a supervisor and then a manager.       <title>Blue Security - Billing / Accounts - Poor Service and Extortion at the hands of Blue</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>12/04/ 2012.I triggered the alarm.They spent 7 min  2 call us instead of dispatching a car . The  car arrives 15 minutes later. Excuse: Bluff officer was busy with another call and that he was busy on another call.. Bluff officer  pitched up 30 minutes after alarm. . I told him  NOT once in over a month did I see the vehicle. Control room manager explanation was that  this was a once off situation . He passed buck 2 the area manager . A week goes no area manager in sight. Letter of termination of their services sent then get a call from the area manger .Told him of the poor service. Excuse: just a once off situation.  20/05/2012 I get  email from Mary Dry of Blue security that I signed a 36 mnts contract with  19 mnts remaining  R222.65 = R4230.35 x 30% = R1269.11incl cancellation fee . I signed a "  ANY TIME OUT CONTRACT"  and I had given them over 40 days notice.I have it in writing that NEXT TO THE NOTICE PERIOD ON THE CONTRACT THAT WAS STRUCK OFF, "OUT ANY TIME " SIGNED BY MY SELF AND HER AGENT ALEX. Instructed not 2 make any further deduction  and put  STOP payment at the bank .       <title>Chubb - NEARLY KILLED US AND RACIAL REMARKS - DRIVER FORCES US OFF ROAD AND NEARLY KILLS US</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I leave give or take around 6 in the morning to take my wife to work on a 200cc motorbike and this is what happened this morning I live in the main str of Brakpan Prince George Ave and not more than 2 blocks from my house i get a red robot on the TWIN LANE MAIN ROAD as i pull of i get a CHUBB DRIVER reg nr BP47VD driving right up my ass like 10cm from my bike tire (THE WHOLE LEFT LANE IS OPEN NO TRAFFIC TILL TOWN) and he keeps pushing me !!!! I have seen animals run out of yards and bikers getting killed in this main str. BUT HE KEEPS PUSHING THEN COMES PASS ME AND FORCES ME OFF THE ROAD AND SPEEDS AWAY. SO i gave chase and got him in town at a red robot so i pulled in next to him and asked him what hes problem was ALL I GOT WAS HIM LAUGHING AT ME AND CALLING ME RACIAL THINGS the next time this happens to me be sure as i will see this as a HIGHJACKING and will pull my fire arm and deffend my wife and myself. But again this will lead to nowhere as things are the way they are in this country. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CHUBB an APE and i will bet my right lung NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THIS DRIVER!! The reaction officer will be disciplined according to company policies and procedures that are in place for all staff on the road and off the road.<br />
This incident has already been reported to Chubb head office by Sipho Myeza our area manager that contacted you to apologise for the incident that acure this morning.  you can be unsure that the necessary steps will taken place with the reaction officer that put your life at risk, as we believe and what we stand for that this is un acceptable behaviour for a Chubb employee <br />

      <title>Adt Security - Bad Attitude - rude call centre staff &amp; &quot;missing&quot; consultant</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I've been a customer with ADT for 1 month, and have been happy with their service/response thus far, being one who frequently set off "false alarms". However it seems they've showed their true colors in the last 5 days. On saturday 19 May '12 an ADT representitave came out to my house, as I was quite keen on their security beam offer. BUT it all went downhill from there, Not only am I waiting since Saturday for a quote, but getting hold of anyone to assist me on signing up for the service (mind u) is like drawing water out of a stone. I left over 12 missed calls and about 5 msgs for the representative via the Call centre, still no joy. <br> Not to mention the call centre agent who I called around 2pm (Tebogo) was very rude in handling the query &amp; her supervisor didnt seem to care less when I reported her.<br> If this is how ADT treat their customers, then I'm VERY scared to think what will happen if I find myself in a real emergency/life threathening situation.
