      <title>Spur Steak Ranches - Great Attitude - great service</title>
      <description>
<![CDATA[We go to natchez spur quite often, and have always had a great meal with excellent service!!!<br> Somehow we always end up with the same waiter (I think her name is abby) she is always friendly.<br> The staff always walk past and smile... I have a 3year old son who is always acknowledged by all the waiters and they always offer to take him upstairs to play after his meal... We have had one incident that food was frozen on the inside, but within minutes it was resolved and we were happy... We understand that not every meal can be done perfectly no matter how hard u try, and it was a busy month end evening.  I am extremely happy with natchez spur and will not go to any other spur, due to the amazing treatment and service we get there!!! Wish all the spurs were like natchez!!!<br> Thanks a lot guys!!!<br> Keep it up<hr>]]>

      <title>Doppio Zero - Bad Attitude - Poor service delivery and management</title>

<![CDATA[On the 11 May 2012 i made a reservation for 4 people @ Doppio Zero in Rosebank at teh Hyatt.One of my guests was a pregnant lady. After making a reservation at 3pm that day, they seated us in the walkway.<br> We requested a change in table. Ryan found us a table less two chairs, which my husband had to ask for from other patrons (shouldn't the manager do this?).After a mix up of reserved tables, we were bullied & intimidated by 2 black men who had no reservations for the table but were joining neighbouring patrons. The senior manager got involved , and tried to attach a table to their friends table, which they refused. They continued to bully & harass us . Eventually the manager said to us " you must sort this out amongst yourselves- i don't know what to do."What kind of managers do you employ -clearly ones with no back bone.<br> A lady manager then proceeded to seat us under a book shelf on the upper level. We were so disappointed in the manner in which we were treated and to top it all off, we received cold food.<br> I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.I am disappointed at their poor management and customers skills to allow strangers without reservations to intimidate patrons<hr>]]>

      <title>Wimpy - Bad Attitude - Worst service ever!!!!!</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>We wanted to treat my Dad on his birthday for a Wimpy breakfast as it's his favourite. At the Wimpy we were not greated nor seated by anyone. After waiting half an hour I fetched the menus myself. An hour past and still we hadn't placed our order. I got up and placed the order with a irate and rude waiter at the counter. After another hour we received our milkshakes but no food.  We waited another hour and decided to pay for our milkshakes and leave as our food was still not made. We had to request the bill at the front desk as there was no waiter willing to help us. The Wimpy was also not busy as there were several tables open.  No one apologised or offered to help solve our dilemma.  Never in my life have I ever come across such terrible customer service in my life.       <title>Eastwoods - Bad Attitude - Shocking incident at Eastwoods Bellville</title>

<![CDATA[An incident occurred at Eastwoods in Bellville where a friend was hit in the face with a glass and sustained a cut which needed 5 stitches and had very bad bruising. Managers of Eastwoods lied about the incident saying they had video footage of my friend throwing a glass down and it ricocheted into his face. They said we were more than welcome to view the footage, but when we requested to see it they all of sudden changed their whole story saying that in actual fact you cannot see what happened in the video, all you can see is my friend leaving the dance floor with blood gushing from his head.  The manager also said that he helped my friend to the car which is a lie. This incident cost my friend a total of R1100 in medical bills. He could have lost his eye if it was any closer, the manager of Eastwoods remarked, " at least you've still got your two eyes!"  I am shocked that they were not interested in finding out who did this.<hr>]]>

      <title>Nandos - Dont Care, Dont Listen - Poor Service overall - Dont Care, Dont Listen - Poor Service overall</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>On the 23/05/2012 @ 09H50 I call Nando's Bedfordview. Loveness answers the phone and tells me they still closed - HOW DO YOU ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU STILL CLOSED. Eventually she takes down my order and says she will call me back with the price. At 10H10 I call again to find out what the Price is an get told SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK! Why cant you give me the bloody price. <br> <br> At 10H15 I get a call back from Zandile to "confirm my order" - and it is COMPLETELY WRONG.<br> I give my very simple order again: 1. Cheese Burger, No Garnish, Well done, Mild. 2. Strips and Veg, Mild, extra sauce. 3. Strips and Veg, Lemon and Herb, extra sauce. 4. Livers and Roll, Mild, Well done. - REMEMBER THE CHANGE!<br> I Call back again and say remember the sauce!<br> <br> The following orders is wrong: Nr 2 - arrives Lemon and Herb with NO STICKER and ONE SMALL PACKET of small sauce. Nr 4. arrives LEMON and Herb with NO STICKER. And guess what - NO CHANGE. <br> I complaint, the driver goes back and brings change with my correct livers and a complimentary EMPTY PACKET WITH NO CHIPS!       <title>Nandos - Bad Attitude - Bad Attitude - Lissel</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I bought some food from the Nandos along malibongwe drive where I have been a customer for a very long time. I was very disturbed by the way I was treated by the lady behind the counter named Lissel. I ordered a meal for two and one of them was the wing-lets meal. in so doing I was not advised that my meal was going to take well over 30mins to prepare & I sat and watched as people who came in after me left with their food. As I enquired about this Lissel, who was very rude with her response then mentions that "people in here all know that wings take long. Even they know that (as she points to a couple that was walking out)" I was angered by her response and informed her that I was in no way related to that couple and even if I was that wasn't the issue. As we went back and forth, Lissel went on to speak to her co-worker in SHONA as she thought I would not understand what she was saying which was translated to "People from back home are a problem". While I went on to confront the matter the manager just stood there and asked her to apologise but did nothing about it. What is going on, must bottles (I had 2) was dirty , so early in the morning, as if there is no supervising.  You expect this after lunch but not so early in the morning.       <title>Simply Asia - Bad Attitude - Poor Service</title>

<![CDATA[Tuesday 22nd of May I visited the Bryanston branch. We waited at least 15 min for our starter plates to be cleared as well as a further 15min for our main course plates to be cleared (of which I had to call a waiter to clear). Our waitress was hardly to be found and we had to call her on more than one occassion to assist us. We were very neglected and were not made to feel welcome despite spending almost R500 on a table of 3 people!<br> <br> Upon leaving I asked about the manager who was sitting outside and did not enter the restaurtant floor ONCE during our visit. Upon telling him of our poor experience, he casually apologized and gave me his business card.<br> <br> Firstly, if he was on the floor checking on tables and ensuring his staff were performing, we would not have had this experience. Secondly, surely he should take my details instead of him giving me his? He should be making the effort to solve this problem and surely not me?!<br> <br> The food was fantastic, but the attitude of the staff will not bring me back anytime soon.<hr>]]>
