      <title>Stuttaford Van Lines - Damaged Goods - Please guys don't use stuttaford for any removals.</title>

<![CDATA[After getting about three different quotes to move my personal items to New Zealand, stuttuafords was about R1000.00 cheaper but I was warned by the opposing company about the absolute disrespect that their staff has with goods. As usual I went with a bit cheaper thinking that its all salesman talk and took out some insurance. However when my personal effects arrived in New Zealand all scathed up, broken and most missing, I had some comfort in knowing that I'm insured with these guys for about R100 000.00. My total claim however came to about R60 000.00 not even claiming for some small items. They turned around and as usual found some legal loop hole to seriously hurt me financially by rejecting my claim. They promised to get polygraphs done and get to the bottom of this problem, and a few weeks down the line I'm still without my belongings iv work so hard to come by and still out of pocket. In conclusion I seriously urge anyone never to use this unreliable company and from what I can see they don't even respond to complaints so I wont hold my breath.<hr>]]>

      <title>Master Movers - Damaged Goods - Do not use Master Movers</title>

<![CDATA[I am following up on my last report regarding the terrible way in which my belongings were handled. The manager finally came out to see the damaged goods, and promised to repair them. After a wait of over a month, the repair team came out to fix the damage. They informed me that there was nothing they could do to fix the kist as my floor was uneven !??!  The soiled mattress was not cleaned. They attempted to repair the gouges in the table, by varnishing over them. Unfortunately the table was stained, not varnished. So now we are left with shiny patches in the centre of our table with the gouges still clearly visible underneath. Absolutely appalling!!<br> All our furniture was new. Now we are left with broken, ruined furniture thanks to the terrible attitude of Master Movers staff.<br> We take pride in our house and our belongings. Unfortunately, as evident by both the attitude and actions of Master Movers staff, they do not care at all. <br> If you do not care about your furniture, or house, then go ahead and use Master Movers. If however you want your things handled professionally and with care, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. <hr>]]>

      <title>Aaa Office And Furniture Removals - Going Extra Mile - AWESOME AND BEST SERVICE FROM DAVID</title>

<![CDATA[When they had to offload my Furniture, the landlord of where I was moving to, didnt hand me the keys on time. I therefore asked David to offload my furniture outside but he refused saying that he will wait until the keys to open the door arrive despite the fact that they had other removal appointments to attend to. They waited for 4 hours until my landlord arrived with keys. They didnt charge me extra and their attitude was very good. David kept on saying "Customer is always right and comes first"These guys are the real godsent. You can use their service anytime and I am defenately going to use them again in the future. Their number is 082 680 0550. Well Done and Keep it up...<hr>]]>

      <title>Classic Removals - Damaged goods - stolen goods - late delivery -  - CLASSIC REMOVALS ARE THIEVES</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>DONT use this Company - they are liars and thieves - they were emailed photographs of all my furniture before collection - they knew exactly what they were collecting - I received a 1 liner quote from Louie De Sousa - there was never any documentation sent to me other than a 1 line quote - when they arrived to collect - the driver Vees 074 215  phoned me and said that due to the antiques I was moving to Jhb - he recommended I use Bubble wrap - I thought this was part and parcel of the quote - anyhow I agreed and they charged me another R500.00 - my daughter supervised the entire move as the furniture was at her house in WESTVILLE and signed the release form. every item was photographed prior to being loaded - only one chinese vase was cracked and this was noted. When my furniture arrived finally a day late - 90% ARE BROKEN AND ONE ANTIQUE TABLE HAS NEVER ARRIVED!!       <title>Classic Removals - Damaged Goods - Couch infested by rats</title>

<![CDATA[We kept our furniture in storage with Classic Removals & upon taking our things out of storage, we noticed significant damage. Some wooden items were broken and our couch had been infested by rats - there were rat droppings and urine everywhere & the rodents had chewed through the fabric in several places (this is despite the fact that we had paid a lot of money to have our items wrapped in plastic). One couch arm was also damaged.<br> <br> Classic Removals initially took the couch away to address the issue & then ceased all communication. After several attempts to contact them (the company completely ignored us), we were told that the insurance on our items did not cover rat damage - this is despite the fact that we were never told rats were a problem in their storage areas or that any additional insurance was even needed. Classic then offered to clean the couch only - despite the fact that rats were actually living inside the couch stuffing and had ripped and chewed the fabric.  <br> <br> I now feel like we are paying the price for Classic Removals' negligence and their inability to control the pest problems in their storage areas. <hr>]]>

      <title>Cx Removals - Breach of Contract - Unprofessional conduct</title>

<![CDATA[I relocated to cape town from port elizabeth and contracted cx removals to pick up my items on the 11 may 2012 and to be delivered on the 12  May at my new home in cape town. This agreement was not filled by the said supplier. My items were only collected on the 12 May 2012 and to date has not been delivered. Payment to the amount of R3300 was paid beforehand at the end of April 2012. The person responsible does not pick up his phone when contacted. This is highly frustrating as i need my items and my patience has worn thin.<hr>]]>
