<![CDATA[turffontein property manager david, is the most useless n unreasonable person the citiq property managers ever employed. he has no respect for human dignity, he is selfcentred, dodgy, always promises to sort things and disappears into thin air.<br> simphiwe ,who i presume is a senior , always will say speak to david if push comes to shove.<br> can the citiq directors Mr PJ E Lapham and CM von Holdt  look into this as we are abused by these two ppl in these position. all we want is service and respect<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[Good morning Adele<br> <br> With reference to your complaint posted.<br> <br> First of all, your deposit was not R20 000, but only R10 200 to be exact.  The breakdown was as follow:<br> 1.5 months  deposit (6800 x 1.5), R10 200 + R6 800 (rental) + R750 (administration fee).<br> <br> Furthermore, as you are aware, there are a municipal account which is in dispute with the City of Cape Town, the owner and yourself to the amount of +- R3 000.   <br> <br> With regard to your allegation to us being backrupt, this is in accurate accusation.<br> <br> Please, before posting any complaint about any company, make sure that your facts are 100% correct.<br> <br> <br> Management<hr>]]>

      <title>Just Letting - Pathethic service, no communication - Unprofessional, bad service</title>

<![CDATA[I had a very bad experience with your Lakefield branch.  I called in yesterday (24/5) and spoke to Chandre about my property rental.  I requested a once off background check and contract drawn up and I was quoted R1710 incl vat for this.  I explained that I will settle the bill directly with her, she did not have to collect any monies from my client as I would arrange that.  She sent my tenant paperwork which had a breakdown of the payments that included a utility deposit and a lease fee of R900 which was never discussed with me.  This is totally and utterly unprofessional; I have never received such dis-honest service from a Company, what a rip off.  What if my tenant went ahead and paid that amount of money to this branch, how long would it have taken for me to get that money.<br> Chandre was rude and shouting over me while talking, she needs to be taught some manners.<br> <hr>]]>

      <title>Cape Winds Property - Billing / Accounts - Getting our money back together</title>

<![CDATA[How can we all get together and go do something about this. we can all go to the police together, or carte blanche???? there is so much behind this. Eurica told me she would pay me R3000 from her personal account yesterday as Elton is not in. the excuse now is that his mother is very ill. these people are theifs and they have stolen money from every one of us. I needed that money for my bond costs in buying a house and they promised it to me, I had to borrow that money now, so now i sit in debt with someone else because of them. Elton lives in this massive house at 10 Bradford street, Parklands with fancy cars and we cant get our money back. my boyfriend went to the house and was told his phone isnt working thats why there's no communication. i need this money back. my email is hattle. megan at gmail. com . (type regularly) we can some how take them down together.<hr>]]>

      <title>Afhco Property Management - Billing / Accounts - AFHCO IS ROBBING ME OFF MY MONEY</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I am a tenant at Ilanga, and i am being told i owe AFHCO 5k for parking. I am the one who queried the parking issue as i wasnt getting charged for it but i always added an extra R300 for parking on top of what my monthly statement said. I dont know if i was misunderstood when i queried this because yesterday i received a call from a lady by the name of Gwendoline saying i owe them R5000 because they back charged me, i asked who gave her those numbers because i have been paying each and every single month since i moved in February 2011. She said she got it from a lady named Zinhle, she also tells me she got the go ahead from her manager named Huzaifer. This is total bull and am not going to pay this R5000 as i dont owe AFHCO. I have proof that i have been paying an extra R300 every month. I am going to expose AFHCO for who they are and i am going to seek legal advice and also go to the media so people can know what this company is doing to their customers. I would never ever recommend that any person seek accomodation from AFHCO. They were supposed to check what my monthly statements were and how much i paid. Please accept our sincere apologies as due to a system oversight, barring your parking application and deposit, subsequent parking charges were omitted from your statements. This has been rectified and your normal parking charges will reflect on your forthcoming statements. Consequently, we have correctly billed you for parking used since 01/03/2011 to date.<br />
We also acknowledge the R300.00 payments mentioned and by your own admission having noticed that you were not charged for parking and never raised the matter until now. Your resulting statements show that these payments were automatically and correctly allocated to your normal rental charges, hence the  credits brought forward as well as less monthly payments during the past months. This means that you are liable for the outstanding amount as informed and welcome to contact us for a payment arrangement in order to minimize the impact on your budget.<br />

      <title>Harcourts - Breach of Contract - Unethical behavior </title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>On the 17 th of April 2012, I view property at 17 Hendrik Potgieter Street and I signed an offer to purchase with a condition that the " the offer is subject to the second offer not being successful" .On the 08th of May 2012 I received an email from Alta Groenewald, a senior property consultant from HarcourtsNewcastle stating that I can go ahead and submit the offer to purchase to my banker, because the other offer was not successful.I submitted the offer to purchase for further processing of the bond application. on the 22nd of May 2012 , I called Alta to inform her that the bond application has been approved, and she informed me that, the house has been taken. My application has been processed up to a stage where lawyers have been appointed for the transfer.       <title>Cape Winds Property - Billing / Accounts - Not paying rent over to landlord </title>

<![CDATA[This is not the first time it has happened. My tenant pays the rent to Cape Winds and I battle to get the money from them. The tenant has now paid rent for May 2012 on the 30 April 2012 as well as the rent for June and July 2012  and Cape Winds Property refuse to pay the rent over to me the landlord. I have tried contacting the 2 people who run/ own the company but they do not respond.<hr>]]>

      <title>Cape Winds Property - Breach of Contract - Not returning Deposit for rental</title>

<![CDATA[My daughter and her fiancee has been renting from Cape Winds for a year. They did not renew the contract and moved out in December 2011. Elton and Eurica has been promising to pay the deposit for many months now. I handed them over to the Housing Tribunal and they have been summonsed to appear in court. They have dissapeared and the summons could not be delivered. If anybody knows where I could find them, PLEASE let me know. They are also not registered with the Estate Agents Board witch means that they are operating illegally.<hr>]]>
