      <title>Prostaff Recruitment - Non payment of services rendered - Substandard Organisation</title>

<![CDATA[I performed work through Prostaff Recruitment in Aug / Sep 2007 at Weir Minerals Africa. I would bill Prostaff for my hours and they would in turn bill Weir Minerals. During that period I worked as an employee and was thus entitled to leave pay and public holiday pay. After the contract I billed Prostaff accordingly, but this was rejected as they regarded me as a contractor and not an employee. I went to the Dept of Labour who wrote letters of demand, but no avail. I pursued this through the CCMA and received an award that concluded that I met the criteria of an employee and not that of a contractor. So back to the Dept of Labour and more letters with no response from Prostaff. This ended up in the Labour Court, which was challenged by Prostaff and because of a legal technicality I was advised to pursue this through the civil courts.<br> After 4 and a half years I am disappointed in the Dept of Labour for bad advise, our laborious labour legal system and Prostaff Recruitment.<br> Although I have lost a substantial amount of money, I have decided not to pursue this matter any further, but I will in future be a marketing terrorist of Prostaff Recruitment.<hr>]]>

      <title>Hr4u - Bad Attitude - Rude display from this woman.</title>

<![CDATA[I was in contact with this woman to give a friends CV to her. She accepted the CV, and we talked about an interview time. Then she would postpone because the interview times are too early in the week. Then I chose another date and time and she became all sarcastically and say it is too late, maybe next time.<br> <br> MY QUESTION, WHEN IS THIS NEXT TIME?<br> <br> THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE. You need to be more specific and open towards people. JUST because people are desperate for work and you give the work doesn't mean for you to be nasty towards them.       <title>Sally&quot;s Recruitment Agency - Bad Service - Useless Domestic Recruiment Company</title>

<![CDATA[I used Sally's recruitment agency in Pretoria to employ a domestic.  They claimed to have done a proper reference check on her as well as trained her on domestic and childcare at their training school.  The domestic did not know any work, she was not at all trained to look after children. She was totally incompetent, watched TV at my house all day, did not care for my children and left them unsupervised.  She also had a problem reporting to work on Mondays, would just not pitch for work and turn of her cell phone so we could  not contact her.  The excuses presented were so bizzare!  After just 2 months we fired the maid based on her performance.  I phoned Sally's recruitment to inform them what had happened.  They were least bothered about what had happened.  All the lady was interested in was if I needed a replacement!  Why would I hire a replacement from them when 1. the lady I had hired and who was supposedly trained by them knew nothing and 2.  they only gave a one month placement guarantee which means that I would incur a further cost of R550 placement fee for another useless candidate of theirs.  Please be aware of this.<hr>]]>

      <title>Northern Personnel - Feedback / Response - worst personnel agency ever...</title>

<![CDATA[Cristel, you shouldnt work with the general public.. You have no people skills what so ever..<br> Firstly you waste people's time and money to respond to your adds, because you advertise them wrongfully..<br> you dont state what or who is required to apply for a specific vacancy, you dont give feedback, your full of excuses and not once in over a year did i get a single interview..why? because you simply dont do your job..<br> The reason why i say that, is when i do call you in connection to one of your adds, you prefer to talk about your upcomming weekend, and your husbands fishing trip..who cares.. send my cv to the places i ask you to, and keep me up to date.. is that so hard to understand?<br> I really urge company's to advertise open vacanies in the local newspaper themselves and not make use of Norther Personnel..its a time waster, pitty  <hr>]]>

      <title>Mpumalanga Personnel - Feedback / Response - They only help who they want to help find a Job.</title>

<![CDATA[If you send your CV to Mpumalanga Personnel, you will never be placed. i even think that the ladies there only find jobs for people that they like. if they don't like you, you'll be unemployed till you find urself a job. A friend of mine who moved here in beginning of 2011 went to MPRTC to look for help, she"s worked for great Co. and has a range of experience, she went to Shantel and Fridah for help and they just never helped her, keep promising she sees adverts that suit her on the paper and they'll never call her at all. she even told me that Shantel said she'll find her a job in Sales but she never did, she also told me that a lady called Sharon atleasts calls to offer something once in a while. i asked her why she did not complain about the services and she said she trusts they'll find her something saying she once helped them & temped for them for a week so she trusts they'll help her, it's been 4 mnths this year. well i know they won't. I feel they only help people that are not Black. My friend is still unemployed and they never even call to see what matches her skills. this is unfair, Pat Field should be doing something about this. Show her you are not as useless as i see u<hr>]]>

      <title>Quest Flexible Staffing Solutions - Riddled with errors on registering with them - NO Value, Insight or Partnering</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I have just completed a lengthy process to add my CV details into Quest's database and the webpage was full of errors including double entries in drop down lists, the inability to add additional work references, incomprehensible words listed as a disability, and their grammar has taken a loop too as NO apostrophes are allowed.  Despite her contact, it remains to be seen if the rest of Quest is also as client focused and gets me employed, or at least invites me in for an interview about filling a suitable vacancy.<br>

<![CDATA[Your employee Mandy called me to ask me if I would be interested in a Bookkeeper position offered. The salary was  for R2k - R5k more than I am currently earning however I am currently a Financial Manager so I asked her if the company was a big company as I needed to know if there was a possibility for growth.  Because I would essentially be moving down in position.  She says to me " You are lucky I even touched your CV because you do not have a financial qualification" EXCUSE ME!!!!! Mandy, how do you think I got into MY CURRENT FINANCIAL MANAGER position without a qualification?  I work my ass off!!!!! And my experience counts for something.  Jenny and Tracy, Mandy is putting your company in a bad light.<hr>]]>
