      <title>Wyeth - Feedback / Response - S26 Progress Gold 3 - BAD FOR BABIES</title>

<![CDATA[Both my sons have been on the S26 Progress Gold formula since birth and i purchased a tin of the new packaging S26 Gold 3 just over a week ago for my 21mth old. I was informed by the Store that i purchased that there is no change to the product, it is only the packaging that has changed. For the past week since my baby went on to the new tin of S26 he has been sick, loss of appetite, vomitting the little that he eats, loose stool. We have been to the Paediatrician twice cos he wasn't stopping especially with the vomitting. Yesterday i decided to give my baby fresh milk and this morning, guess what, NO VOMITTING.<br> <br> Wyeth you should not be messing with little babies tummies, they can't speak to us, we trust you with our babies. I used to swear by S26 Progress Gold and marketed the product to all my friends and families, YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME!<hr>]]>

      <title>East Rand Automotive Engineering - Repairs / Servicing - Bad workmanship/service</title>

<![CDATA[Our vehicles (Hino 8 tonner trucks) were send in for enginge overhauls.  On returning the vehicle four times the motor ceized. Engine block irrepairable.  As a business we are hiring trucks and trailers for deliveries to meet our customers demands.  We have discussed this (telephonically and in person) with Clive Murray.  He stated that we must practice patience.  Our delivery costs is really expensive now and run into tenth of thousands of rands.  No moneys are outstanding as we settled the invoice in full when receiving it. All documentation/ EFT's (electronic transfers) and invoicing are available on request.  Your kind assistance will be highly appreciated.  PLEASE HELP US.<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[I bought the new genessi VITALITY King extra mattress at The bed store in Johannesburg branch last year in November.According to the manufacture the bed can handle the weight of 150kg per side,but now the <br> mattress is sagging and I now wonder how will it look like after 12 months.       <title>Off Your Head - Pricing / Barcodes - OFF YOUR HEAD SALON, hair extension disaster! </title>

<![CDATA[I paid R11 500 for 150 HairTech extensions which was installed a month ago, within a week 8 hair extensions had already fallen out, breaking my hair in the process. <br> I called the Owner of Off Your Head Salon complaining about them and how I didn't understand why they were falling out. She then asked me to come in for a consultation, which I did to try and resolve the problem.  She made it very clear she didn't know how extensions are installed and still insulted my length of my extensions in saying they were "tarty", I was very offended but kept my cool. She organized with the Consultant of the brand Hair Tech to see what he could do. We agreed on putting 80 back into my hair with another, smaller bond. I went back to Off your head salon about a week later to rebond the hair extensions, 3 days later 2 had already fallen out. I then called the Owner yesterday, telling her they started falling out again and I would like a refund or at least half a refund. She told me to wait 2 days, however I told her its been over a month and I can't wait anymore, I also told her the CPA surely wouldn't agree with this. She then said she'd wait for a letter from them. <br> She is definitely Off Her Head<hr>]]>

      <title>Empire International - Unethical!! - This company is not honest!</title>

<![CDATA[I applied for a job as a junior manager in this company and after a 30 minute casual interview, I was told to come in the next day for a full working day (7:45-17:00) so they could see my performance. Understandable right?<br> So I arrive the next day and then I'm told we are going for a drive to Gordon's Bay in my car!! Now I'm thinking that the job is desirable to me, I may as well go along with it. We arrive and they start going through the salary and job description with me. Turns out, its a sales job! Now I'm stuck in Gordons bay since I cant just leave them there (The polite person I am), so I ended up spending an entire day trying to sell "Makeover Essentials" to receptionists in an industrial area.<br> <br> Businesses need to be honest and not waste peoples time!!! Very sneaky and unethical! Im not impressed.<hr>]]>

He says that he does not work in the Vorna Valley area anymore and has also refused to honour a workmanship guarantee done in Sept 2011 and wants more money for a call out. <br> <br> I don't think so.<hr>]]>

      <title>Designer Physique - Billing / Accounts - Wrongfull deduction of subscription fees</title>

<![CDATA[Good day,<br> I have complaint with regards to the Designer Physique Gym in the Elarduspark Shopping Centre.  We have been members of the said gym since 2010.  During February of this year, 2012, the gym deducted our subscription fees twice.  <br> Our bank picked up on this and phoned us, so we had the bank reverse both deductions.  My husband then phoned the gym to inform them of the situation.  A lady asked him to provide proof of this by means of a bank statement.  During March, this happened again.  Again the bank phoned us, we decided to not reverse it this time. My husband did go to the gym and enquired as to what is going on.  The lady then informed him that they, wrongfully deducted another person's monthly subscription fees from OUR bank account.  If I am not mistaken, this is fraud.  She told my husband that the matter will be resolved.  I had to take bank statements to the gym for a third time.  Since March, we have been receiving SMS warning that our account is arrears and that we will be handed over to the attorneys.  My husband has phoned several times, every time the lady, is either not available or she tells him it will be sorted out.  How can a business function like this?<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[We started dealing with SAEmbroidery at the beginning of this year and have had nothing but bad service.<br> <br> We were promised our shirts would take a week, it took months. I asked for a quote on certain products it took Sheralyn 2 months to eventually send it to me. I have been asking her for months for a certain hoodie and I have emailed, sms'd and called her for the last 2 weeks with no reply.<br> <br> Its obvious that customers do not come first and I will be taking my money else where. <br> <hr>]]>
