      <title>Battery Centre - Going the Extra Mile - Incredible Service</title>

<![CDATA[I phoned Battery Centre on Braam Fischer last Friday to enquire about a new bike battery. I spoke to Andy who knew exactly what model I was talking about and what I needed and told me he had stock. He also told me to come in so they could do a check, charge the new battery and fit it. Rob helped me when I arrived along with Joseph, Elvis and Steven. I enquired about my lights while I was there and Tony who is an auto-electrician looked over everything, told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it for me too. In all I was in the store for about an hour with staff who were incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful, and they didn't even worry that it was fast approaching closing time, they simply kept chatting and working. I left Battery Centre with everything working perfectly, staff went over and above on everything and I am more than happy to recommend for anyone to visit there in the future. Thank you all!<hr>]]>

      <title>Bmw South Africa - Going the Extra Mile - Hooked</title>

<![CDATA[I recently started looking for a new vehicle - I visited various new car dealerships, being under 25 not many salesmen took me too serious, and didn't do much to try and help me... I ended up at BMW Zambesi auto where I just went to have a look at some cars and dream a little - I got into contact with one of the Car salesmen(Glenn Poole) which insisted on a test drive - and told me a bit more about the car i was interested in and what I could expect to pay - which it sounded quite affordable - during the following week Glenn tried everything to get me into my new car and continuously kept me up to date treating me as if I am his only client... very happy to say I have my new BMW now - and I am soooo hooked!!!! on both the BMW and the service from BMW Zambesi - In the end BMW got their sale, and a customer for life and regarding the salesmen(especially Glenn) give those men a BELLS!!!! Thank you BMW Zambesi!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Nissan South Africa - Breach of Contract - DONT BUY NISSAN </title>

<![CDATA[I bought a nissan Qasqai for my wife last year,after 10000 and 20000 i reported that the clutch was slipping now the clutch has gone on the car and the cost is for myself further more i took a full maintance plan on the car for R12500 extra that also doesn't cover the clutch why is warranty or maintains plan then in place.Nissan south Africa honed me and informed me they cant assist me absolutely useless.I was informed by alberton Nissan that they replaced 8 clutches a week on this car doesn't that tell you something and i checked the previous reports in the last more more than 6 people had the same experience with cars with low mileage all same model.(doesn't this tell you something)they dint give a shit about the costumer further more they charge R13800 for a clutch complete rip off i will now sell this car and never purchase crap like this again Paid almost R300000 for this car no piece of mind o and it also doesn't cover the cam belt or the brakes so Beware people.(and these are only clients that actually complain about it how about the people that just have to cough up.our company has 11 other cars with other suppliers we have never had these issues complete rubbish they dnt c<hr>]]>

      <title>Tavcor Motor Group - Repairs / Servicing - Not honoring 12 year no rust guarantee</title>

<![CDATA[My Caddy Kombi is 6 years old, but the sliding mechanisms of the back windows have fallen off because the clips have rusted. I went to Tavcor (Volkswagen) in George, and tried to order the parts but had no luck. They tried to sell me the complete window set: frames with glass, because they cannot find the part on their system.<br> <br> I then decided to claim under warrantee, but then the parts department sent me to the service department. Then the service department sent me away, saying that I would have to book in the car.<br> <br> In total I have been to Tavcor 3 times and each time, I spend almost an hour there. I still don't have confirmation on a booking or any idea if they will be ordering the part or not. The service is terrible. I feel like a beggar when I walk in there. If you find a helpful person there, let me know, because I couldn't.<hr>]]>

      <title>Ultra Motors Kimberley - MAL PRACTICE- THE CONSUMER ACT LAWS - ULTRA MOTORS KIMBERLEY TERRIBEL SERVICE</title>

<![CDATA[TERRIBLE SERVICE, a company with true capitalist pricipals. i was interested in buying a car from them, the application went through, yvonne had asked me am i serious about buying the vehicle and i said yes, pending a point inspection from toyota (which i arranged, ultra motors doesnt offer such service). later, she called me back says you have been approved, but they want a R8000.00 deposit, i said thats weird, but i will pay a deposit if necessary. some hours later she calls me back an says they offering 17% interest (remember prime is a little over 9%), i immediately said no, that is crazy, bring it down to atleast 10% and we have a deal. i then did a bit of research, only to find out that there was another buyer interested and ULTRA MOTORS was playing us against each other to see who would fall for the higher interest rate. they are clearly interested in making a hell of alot of profit off the consumer and are not interested in the well being of their clients, not only was the car 35% more than the resale value but they also wanted a deposit and high interest rate. they dont offer a point check on their vehicles.they give ur details to insurance companies without your knowldge.<hr>]]>

      <title>Automobile Association - Breach of Contract - No AA Tow Trucks In Vaal </title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I have AA Advantage Plus membership but on 3 occasions AA could not tow my truck because it was more than 40 kms. The last one was when I had a  break down in Orange Farm and it was suppose to be towed to my brothers place in Lenasia which is 10kms away from O/Farm . I was told that AA does not have trucks in Orange Farm so I should pay the contractor R700 from where he is coming from to Orange Farm and back too.today  Nandaraj send me an email to say that they can tow my car for a long distance of up too 100 if i have AA Advantage Membership. <br> <br> On the 19 April 2012 i requested that my membership be cancelled with immediate effect since AA is not of help for me and i want a refund for the remaining months. on got an email from  Nandaraj Padayachee on the 30 April 2012 with the information that  - We kindly request you to give us a chance to investigate the reason for your dissatisfaction and for you to provide us with more information to investigate the matter further.We have pended the cancellation of your membership, based on the outcome of the investigation as we would like to retain you as a member.<br> Nobody contacted me until today that i called him. need my refund please.<br><br><b>Company Response</b><br><img height="16" align="left" src="http://www.hellopeter.com/images/icons/arrow.png"> <u>24th May 2012, 2:40pm</u><br><br>Hello kubekanl,<br />

      <title>Peugeot South Africa - Repairs / Servicing - POOR QUALITY VEHICLE &amp; SERVICE</title>

<![CDATA[My car is 3 years old.  In October 11 the water pump packed up and after two visits to the dealership (2 - 3 days at a time) they found the problem.  The first time I drove it out I heard a noise, stopped at a robot and walked around the car looking underneath.  Two of the Peugeot sales consultants were parked next to me and did not even bother to stop having seen me drive out of the dealership at the same as them.  When I went back they found the wheel had not been put back properly.  The second time I took the car back I was told that due to the water pump problem I should not even be driving the car which I had been for a few weeks after their first attempt at fixing the problem. Now my clutch snapped in peak hour traffic on Tuesday.  When it eventually got towed to the dealership I phoned to find out the problem and again everyone is "what car, oh was a car towed today" - it was unloaded right outside the workshop door!!!  The car is out of warranty and Motorite are refusing to pay saying it is premature -a clutch should only go after 60 000kms.  What is the point of insurance.  And these are only the big car problems.  The small problems would take up another full scap page.<hr>]]>

      <title>Hyundai Stellenbosch - Going the Extra Mile - Great Service from Great Consultants</title>

<![CDATA[Anyone looking to purchase a new / used vehicle should consider doing so from Hyundai Stellenbosch. Marius was the salesman and his service was awesome, keeping me informed almost all the way. He went out of his way to assist, and living in the Southern Suburbs, it was really no problem to buy from this dealership. Elma was the lady behind the finance and again, everything went smoothly, telling me this is a "very well oiled machine".       <title>Electronic Fitment Centre Menlyn - Repairs / Servicing - Money sharks</title>

<![CDATA[A week ago our bakkie was towed there. Firstly they suspected it was the petrol pump, which it wasn't and during this they damaged a pipe on the petrol tank but managed to stuff it with a plastic packet for time being...<br> <br> Then supposedly the crank angle sensor...hunt scrapyards to get, magnets falling out, get another from Mitsubishi, then they find out that the pully is the real issue...<br> <br> A week later, me phoning around the clock daily, we get the bakkie, pay R1300 (only half of the total invoice), then to get told that the actual problem isn't fixed...WHAT?<br> <br> On top, I go to fill up with fuel, it all just leaks out...then they didn't put back one of the power steering belts (which they damaged), and they turn around wanting to tell us, ONLY AFTER OUR ENQUIRY, that something else wasn't correct/in place.<br> <br> How's that for trusting professionals who don't have a clue what they're doing and at the end of the day it's just costing us double/trebble...and we don't get refunded for them waisting our time and money and not fixing the problem.<br> <br> Thanks for your honesty and integrity...no ethics whatsoever<br> <br> DISAPPOINTED<hr>]]>
