<![CDATA[STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!!   My husband was unemployed for five months last year which put huge strain on our marriage.  I was referred to ECR Nilsen Attorneys for assistance.  A junior partner helped me and I paid cash for the consultation.  All further problems were resolved without attorneys on his advice, in the attempt to keep costs down.  He managed to rack up a further R1400 worth of costs for letters/calls, of which I have no copies of.  My husband accepted employment at a fifth of what he was used to earning, making it very difficult to catch up on all the backlog as a result of no income for five months, with enormous pressure from creditors, and when I offered to settle the outstanding amount in two payments, the senior partner responded with a request for 'an acceptance of judgement' form to be signed, at a further cost of R300!!!!  No wonder lawyers have such bad reputations.  In disgust, I committed myself to paying the full amount, which will be to our detriment, just to get them off our back.  Don't expect any human decency or understanding from this firm, they will just keep on adding to your pressure and bill.<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[So i bought a tv about 10 or 11 years ago when i moved to Pretoria. I gave the tv away to my gardener that we had back then. This was about 8 years ago. This was because i got married and my husband had bought a tv and has tv license for it. This Company has placed a trace alert on the credit bureau, in return ruining my credit record. Sending me sms's and e-mails everyday.<br> <br> Guys!!! What you doing is illegal. This debt has prescribed many years ago. I do not even have the tv anymore as stated above. We have an up to date tv license for the tv set that we have. I suggest you stop harassing me and immediately remove the trace alert from the credit bureau. I will not leave this here. I will take this further if i have to. I will not allow CHANCERS to ruin my credibility!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Thusini Bm Attorneys - Feedback / Response - Our Family Lawyer on my Brothers case</title>

<![CDATA[In 2003 my brother died and his girlfriend took all hs belongs in the house and changed all the locks in the house to prevent us access to the house. Our family went to Mr Thusini for help as a legal person and he representated us in his case and we battled the case in court. To cut the long story short we won the case according to us and we had to pay him money for the sherrif to go to Witbank that where my brother stayed and fetch my brother's belongings which my parent paid an amount of R5000 and not only that my brother had a company in Witbank and bank savings and other investments that we needed to claim and my father gave all the details to our Attorney for him to us get all those things as he claimed.<br> <br> We trusted Mr Thusini as we shared all the things with him. When he gave us feedback regarding the sheriff story which we had to call and find out what happened to the sheriff he simply told us that the sheriff did not find the lady at her home and place of work and that was it. We later inquired regarding the investments and the business money we never recieved a reply. When my father calles he does not get back to us nothing and this has been going on for 8yrs since 2004.<hr>]]>

      <title>MBD Attorneys - Harrasment with no follow up - Harrasment this is how its done .</title>

<![CDATA[First an automated call, secondly sms!<br> <br> I took out an SABC licence 3 years ago (obviously paid for the year).<br> I check up on these things once a year or so because I am a law abiding citizen.<br> <br> After the first call, I checked my SABC account - It has a R0.00 balance.<br> <br> The fun thing is the last SMS received reads "100% discount offer on your SABC penalties if you settle your balance. Settlement offer R 975.00, a savings of R 850.00. VVM Att, Tel:0877401211, Ref:603692930" <br> <br> My SABC Account number is 261809735, so I would very much like to know how they get to a R975.00 total.<br> Especially since my account is paid up, and 3 years x R 255.00 = R 765.00 - thus this is a false advertising.<br> <br> I will be a waiting a representative to contact me and explain.<br> <br> - Daniel<br> <hr>]]>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>Hi I do understand my failure to pay on my woolworths account and it being handed over to MBD but i think MBD is being unreasonable and unfair on my account, I am getting billed for calling in , calls going out, smses and the charges are extremly high. My intial amount owing was R5516.12 NOW Im sitting at R7499.30, How im i going to pay that amount? I really dont think this is fair , other attorneys/credit  collections doesnt charge their clients that much. I spoke to the Lady Flora Mohale to sent me a beakdown statement annd im still in shock, i even reply back to her asking why is it so much but no reply.
