      <title>NetFlorist - Call Centre Efficiency - Very friendly and helpful customer service</title>

<![CDATA[Placed an order online, made co-payment with E-bucks but the site bombed out and was reflecting the order was still to be paid for while funds had been deducted. The national call centre number was easily visible on their website which is a great start, called them and had someone take my call in almost no time, he checked my order for me and ensured that it had been processed correctly and that it would be delivered as scheduled while politely apologising for the technical error.<br> <br> I was just very impressed by the efficiency of resolving the hiccup and the call operator who assisted me. Thanks for a great service!<hr>]]>

Shipping costs may also be displayed in the item description. Items shipped internationally would generally incur a higher shipping cost as opposed to items purchased within South Africa. <br />
Might I suggest for future purchases, that you view the Shipping and Payment option on the item page before committing and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the transaction so that you can determine if your purchase will be cost effective. <br />

I was quite skeptical/nervous about buying such high quality shoes online but I had not reason to worry!<br> <br> My shoes arrived within 2 days and everything was so simple and stress free. The online ordering experience was easy and I absolutely love my shoes.       <title>Catch Of The Day - Wrong Delivery of item and out of stock - Misrepresentation</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I bought two sets of MPH Breathless Raisin Sunglasses and made cash deposit payment on the very same day on the 11th May 2012. They only delivered on the 21st May 2012 and one of the set was incorrect merchandised. Lodged a complaint on the 22 May 2012 and they indicated that they will come and collect the incorrect set of sunglasses and also deliver the correct set, however they later called to say that they are out of stock of the sunglasses that i originally bought. Is either i accept the ones that they olready delivered or I get my money back. I do not want the money back, I want the sunglasses that I originally bought. When i bought them, they were not SOLD OUT, the lines were still open. As with a lot of our deals, the deals are so good that we often sell out which is what has happened here.  It is just one of those things and i am sorry that it has happened to you<br />

In most cases there would be nothing we could do about it as everything is sold out, but in this case i have gone back to my suppplier and pleaded with him to give me another pair for you, which he has done<br />
<br />
So we will be able to get the correct glasses to you and collect the incorrect ones but this will only happen late next week. We will keep you posted with what is going on<br />
