      <title>New National - Late / No Delivery - VERY BAD SERVICE ON LOYAL CLIENT</title>

<![CDATA[I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT ON 30 OF MARCH  WITH MY VEHICLE. I REPORTED THE MATTER & SUBMITTED THE FILLED  IN  CLAIMS FORMS ON THE 10TH OF APRIL 2012. AND HANDED IN MY CAR TO THE PANELBETEARS. THEY ACCESSED THE CAR & SENT THE INVESTIGATOR FOR A FULL FORMAL REPORT ON WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE ACCIDENT LAST MONTH. SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO FINALISED MY CLAIM ,WHEN I CALL THEM  THEY KEPT ON SAYING THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE REPORT FROM THE INVESTIGATOR  UNTIL  NOW .I HAD THIS INSURANCE SINCE 2009 & THIS  IS MY FIRST CLAIM . YOUR SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY  BAD GUYS.....<hr>]]>

      <title>Miway - Repairs/Service - Good service recieved from the claim department</title>

<![CDATA[in the same week i had two claims (first the window and then the wheel accident when my car slipped in the rain)and both were carried through with great proffesionalism, great service and in good time. The panel beater that my car was taken to was also of high professionalism and i am happy with the way they fixed my car. i like the fact that there are no hidden costa like it was stated when i joined.<hr>]]>

      <title>Outsurance - Breach of Contract - Very very disappointing experience</title>

<![CDATA[Outsurance made a mistake and noted me as married instead of single when I insured my car, and NOW, 8 months later they realised it, and want to massively increase my premiums, because of THEIR mistake. I am a low risk client, I haven't claimed in 7 years, but yet they choose to lose a customer instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake and keeping my (already uncompetitive) premium the same. <br> I am utterly disgusted and infuriated at their poor customer service, expecting the client to pay for THEIR MISTAKE!! <br> You have until the end of today to fix this or I will take my business elsewhere and I WILL NEVER AGAIN RECOMMEND YOU OR DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!<hr>]]>
