      <title>Leribisi Lodge - 0/10 for customer care - Very unhappy, disappointed Bride</title>

<![CDATA[My fiance and booked Leribisi Lodge for our wedding, 1 September 2012. We've booked this venue specifically because they had enough accommodation for most of our guests to stay over. The reason for this, so our guests can enjoy themselves and not worry about driving home afterwards.<br> The deposit for the venue was paid in September 2011, and we've paid for some of the accommodation and more than 50% of the venue costs beginning of May 2012. Now today, they phone me and tell me that we can't stay at the venue as they've got a contract with some other place and the wedding guests now need to stay over at another venue. Really, I am the bride and can't even get dressed at the venue where I am getting married or stay over the night of the wedding because they are giving the rooms to some other people???<br> Does it not mean anything to them that we've paid for this already? Why do we have to move Where are the loyalty or do they just not care? If we haven't paid so much alreay and it wasn't so close to the wedding date, I would have cancelled everything with them. Do not ever book your wedding here, they don't care!!! All they care about is how much money they can make and not the customer<hr>]]>

      <title>Protea Hotels - Bad service - Bad to No Customer Service at Protea Hotel Group</title>

<![CDATA[ This's part of my mail to the GM at Protea President, up till now NO repesponse from them! "To cut to the chase, my mom made the deposit of R1000.00 and the remainder +/- R346, I'd settle when I check in. she received a call saying that a refundable payment of R350 per day x 2 (R700) needed to be made as well. The option of settling all additional costs directly with the hotel was not given at that time...In my 7 years of travelling in and around South Africa, bordering countries, Dubai, Rome, and using various hotel groups, I've never had to pay a refundable amount for 'incidental damage/costs"! What's even more frustrating was that it was emphasised that the payment MUST be made for the booking to go ahead...I spoke to your deputy gm this morning who explained that this refundable payment was hotel policy all around the world, yet I've never encountered it before over the past 7 years. She advised me that I had the option of settling any extra cost directly with the hotel. I asked my family (mom and aunt) to settle the outstanding amount and check-in for me with my bags as I'm still at work, however this also wasn't an easy process either and served just as frustrating..." <hr>]]>

      <title>Bayete Day Spa - Hygiene - booking turned sour</title>

<![CDATA[GreetingsI was a guest at your spa checked in on thursday the 18th of May 2012.  The next morning we had a full day spa.  What a horrible experience me and my husband had.  For one we were greeted by ladies who look like farm workers not beauty therapist,,,their hair was not combed,no make and their uniform looked disgraceful.We had our facial which the so called therapist put toner in my eye and did not check my skin type i had an allegic reaction to what ever we used.  our full body had no discreetness... They undressed my husband and rubbed up his bums and nearly touched his private parts,that happened to me as well What kind of business is this there were no  candles or flowers in the rooms it look like prison.I left early  because of the bad experience i had at your spa.  i will be reporting this to hello peter and tourim board, it looks like you have employeed foreigners who need jobs and whoever is training them to do a therapist job.  shame on your company for using cheap labour. ?.the horror on my husband face when i told him this is a five star spa.I will never come back there or recommed anyone to come there.  i will be reporting this to the authorities to check out your<hr>]]>

      <title>Zen Fusion Spa - POOR MANAGEMENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!! - PROBABLY THE MOST PATHETIC, DISGUSTING SPA IN SA</title>

<![CDATA[WOW!<br> THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO FORGET!<br> WE ARE SCARRED FOR LIFE!!!!!<br> From the onset with trying to get through to this hole of a "spa" to being put on hold for ridiculous lenghts of time, to being promised to be called back to FINALLY WALKING OUT OUT THE SPA AFTER THE FIRST TREATMENT, this was probably the WORST EVER SPA we have been to!!!<br> <br> To think that the idea behind offering services/products on Groupon is to promote the business so that clients come back for second and third visits,  Zen Fusion has really "lost the plot" here...<br> The "confused" look on the receptionist's face when trying to capture our details to the owner/manager not even greeting us in the morning was only the start to this horrible experience when arriving at this hole on 04 May 2012.<br> After a long debate between the receptionist, manager & the therapists, they finally "agreed" between all of them that the "temp" staff will take care of my wife and I. This is now already 45 minutes later.<br> On enetering the changerooms...(we were the first people in the morning to arrive at this spa...), we found old dirty towels laying on the benches & dirty smelly gowns in the lockers. Wasting my time writing this report..<hr>]]>

      <title>Club Med - Going the Extra Mile - Great Holiday product</title>

<![CDATA[We have just had our our third hoilday at a Club Med. The service, food, excursions, entertainment, organising, staff and accommodation were all fantastic. Apart from the excursions, everything is included, including bar drinks, in between snacks, live entertaiment et al.To add a cherry to the top, they have a no tipping policy - this makes for an extremely relaxing holiday. We're hooked and will go again.<br> <br> Booking via the call centre is the only weak link. Different operator every time and difficult to get through.<hr>]]>

      <title>Sanparks - Going the Extra Mile - Booking R3180826</title>

<![CDATA[Would like to compliment Mopani Camp on their friendly and efficient staff, especially Nomande who went out of her way to assist me on Saturday 19.05.12 with changes to my booking.  We are a group of 21 people going to camp at Tsendze Rustic Camp, and I changed dates, added on extra days and people, and Nomande did all the changes with a smile on her face.  Thank you Nomande, friendliness like yours makes the world go round.  Will always be back at Mopani.  See you on the 1st of June.<br> Mopani Camp can certainly be proud of their staff.<hr>]]>

      <title>Shamrock - Great Attitude - AWESOME BAR WITH AMAZING STAFF</title>

<![CDATA[Service seems to be a dying trait in the hospitality industry in recent years. Shamrock however proves it still exists. I went there for the first time over the weekend.<br> WOW WHAT A GEM OF A PLACE.<br> It was everything you could possibly want from a local bar. Great atmosphere, great food at very reasonable prices and the service was UNBEATABLE.<br> The bar tender (I think her name was Sharon) was great fun and made sure we always had drinks in front of us and our waitress Ashley was superb and efficiant while seeming like she actually enjoyed her job rather than just having to do it. We felt like friends rather than just customers. <br> I will definately be back along with all my friends.<br> THANK YOU FOR SHOWING THE REST OF DURBAN WHAT SERVICE SHOULD BE LIKE!<hr>]]>

In my complaint, I gave my guesthouse name -- Hunter's Lodge - Port Elizabeth. There is only one Hunter's Lodge in PE and surely if April looked at their system, she would have picked it up. (If it was on the system at all.) I don't believe that they are at all concerned about complaints.<br> On  22 May, I did phone the telophone number provided four times. The first three times I asked to be put throught to April and was cut off. On the fourth attempt, I told the consultant that I had been cut off with my previous attempts and asked him to give my phone number to April and ask her to phone me at 0413740898.<br> <br> I am still waiting.<br> <br> Colin Hauser and all of the reslink staff, I hope you sleep at night.<br> Roy<hr>]]>
