      <title>Jubille Hospital - Great Attitude - Thank you Guys!!!!</title>

<![CDATA[I'm taking this moment to Thank Jubille Hospital in Hammanskraal for what they did for me and my Family. My son was admitted in Hospital on Wednesday until the following week Monday and will like to thank they warmth, love and help I received from this people they were amazing it was my first time there and was a bid scared of what I heard but what I saw amazed me and now my son he's well and healthy again. Want to say big up to you Guys Ward 6 for making my day and my son well again Dr Matlala especially Sister Eva and many others.<br> Hip Hip Hooray Hip Hip Horray!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Cipc - Bad service - Pathetic service</title>

<![CDATA[ON 8 Feb we delivered 'change of directors' through to CIPC just to be told we needed to register a person who would do the lodgings of documents.  Duly done,on the 20 Feb we resubmitted our documents.  <br> In March somewhere we received a letter dated 7 March requesting proof of applicant's mandate to lodge the notice and the resolution, and the meeting confirming the appointment of resignation of directors, we delivered this at their offices on the 12 April.<br> 21 May received a new letter to say that they want an updated COR39 with all the directors resigning and current.<br> <br> Why can they not notify us of everything needed at the first submission?  I cannot resubmit new signatories at the bank because they require the COR documents, I cannot send the necessary  documents to our new vendors as I cannot access the info at the bank because I do not have our COR documents!  This is outrageous to say the least!  They should resurrect CIPRO as we had better service there!<hr>]]>

      <title>Department of Labour - MISTAKES ON PAYMENTS - BAD SERVICE</title>

<![CDATA[ON 2 MAY I RECEIVED A PAYMENT FROM THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT RE BENEFTITS FOR ILLNESS AND WAS GIVEN A BLUE FORM TO BE COMPLETED BY MY DOCTOR, I HANDED THIS FORM IN ON 17 MAY 2012, AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER BLUE FORM TO BE COMPLETEED ALSO BY DOCTOR AGAIN AND TO BE HANDED IN ON 18 JUNE 2012. I WAS ADVISED THAT MY NEXT PAYMENT WOULD BE IN BY 24 MAY 2012, I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS NO PAYMENT MADE, I PHONED THE M/PLAIN BRANCH ANS THEY ADVISED ME THEY MADE A MISTAKE THERE IS NO MORE PAYMENTS DUE TO ME. BUT I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER FORM TO EEVEN BE COMPLETED. I PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE IN PTA AND I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER FOR CAPE TOWN'S MANAGE. I PHONED THE NUMBER (021) 441 8110/2 SPOKE TO MASHUBA LODGED MY COMPLAINT AND ALL SHE COULD TELL ME THAT THE MANAGER IS BUSY AND SHE CANT GUARANTEE ME THAT HE WOULD PHONE ME BACK..I THINK THIS IS VERY WRONG TO TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS WAY AND TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE MORE PAYMENTS DUE TO THEM AND IT IS NOT EVEN SO..CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD  <hr>]]>

      <title>South African Police Service - Bad Service - There is nothing the police can do</title>

<![CDATA[I woke today to find that there were goods stolen in my house last night. We didnt hear anything.<br> The burglars came in and went out through  my neighbours house cut my razor wire on the wall that separates my neighbour and I to get in my yard. Forced two of my windows open to get in the house and take the goods. Currently there is no one at my neighbours, during the day there's construction workers renovating the house.  There owner of the construction company has the key as well as his worker access my neighbours house, and the caretaker  who comes daily to switch on the lights & check if the house is locked. There is no other forced entry other than the razor wire & who ever stole the goods managed to get in and out of my neighbours yard with out difficulties as there is no damage to my neighbours electric fence.<br> <br> I explained this to the police when i went to open the case this morning around 6H00. Till now no one has been to my house. I just called Norkem Park Police Station to find out when  will they come to look around & possibly question the construction workers only to be rudely told  there is nothing they can do because the crime happened at night & not during the day.<hr>]]>

      <title>Gautrain - Bad Attitude - Gautrain employees the wrong security and staff </title>

<![CDATA[At 18.00hours I arrived at Gautrain station as usual in Rosebank rushing to get home so I went thru the gate with the green arrow when a gentleman confused the system and the red light and alarm buzzed so I went thru as the security kept on shoutiong from the glass compartment '"go go go....""so I went. when arriving Midrand the glass doors didn't open for me so I told the lady that I was in a rush to arrive home and explained what had happened. she didn't care much and straight away she said she was going to give me a fine and she told me and now u are f...cked. After a while a gentleman went thru the gate and I passed thru and I run to the Gautrain bus furious at her attitude. she came running after me and the security pushed me out of the bus which I refused to go with him and I told him that I was going in and out again to validate my entry. but he said no you must pay and insisted in taking me in.<br> I went home and walked out oif there and she told me that I was banned from the gautrain entry into the station. I have a seven day pass so I wouldn't cheat the system and there are cameras in Rosebank. I complained before about the noisy security and now its revenge time?<hr>]]>

      <title>Gautrain - Great Attitude - Gautrain staff going the extra mile</title>

<![CDATA[Accidentally left jacket on bus. Called 10118 (yellow pages) and got Gautrain help desk number. Called and within the hour I received a feedback call that the station manager at Rosebank station has put my jacket aside. Collected it later that day - and with a smile from Aubrey at Rosebank station. Small things go a long way. Try the same thing on metro bus!<hr>]]>

      <title>Gautrain - Billing / Accounts - Fine for travelling normally</title>

<![CDATA[I check in at the Centurion Gautrain station, as I always do, travel without any problems to the Midrand station aboard the Gautrain. When I want to check out at the Midrand station the card scanner only shows me the message invalid card. I was advised by the security gaurd to go the the information window where I am told that I did not check in to any station and will consequently have to be fined R300. I was then advised that if I do not pay within 30 days I will be sued. I was a happy, regular patron of the Gautrain, but if this is the way in which they treat such customers I will not advise anyone to use their services since travelling between Centurion and Midrand does not cost R 24 as advertised but R 300. My number of my fine is 001162.  <hr>]]>

      <title>Metrorail - Breach of Contract - Poor service </title>

<![CDATA[Trains from Strand/Muldersvlei between 06h15 &amp; 07h05 are either late, very very full especially metroplus yet I pay more than the people who board with their 3rd class tickets on metroplus. Due to this, I was pick-pocketed and my cellphone was gone. There are no ticket-verifiers in the trains. Worst of all, there's people smoking dagga in between carriages?? Strangely enough, there's a group of tickets verifiers in Parow who claim to be recruited from the military, very rude and stink alcohol yet on duty (this is a group of about 10-15 males &amp; females). Issue fine tickets reflecting R0amount??? Why are they based at the station not in the trains???? Monday 21 May 2012, the Stellenbosch train from Cape Town drove pass Koeberg station around 17h30....why??<hr>]]>
