This store has just been sold to a new owner, who has years of experience and is a hands on operator.<br />

I would like to offer you a voucher in lieu of your bad experience and to possibly find out feedback on how the store has improved with the new owner.<br />

Whether it's service, food, prices or timing (I know on the busy nights like Fri and Sat they take longer but that's normal!). No matter which branch I go to, everything is great!       <title>KFC - Feedback / Response - KIDS MEAL WITH TOY</title>

<![CDATA[Last night, after a long days work I decided not to cook and take the kids through the drive through for the famous kids meal only because of the toy they receive with meal. As we approach the drive through, the advertising is Transformer - so my son is ever so happy to receive a transformer toy. As we go along to receive the food, the very pleasant gentleman provided me with 2 individual toys. As i look at it... i have received the bottom half of the transformer (the legs) and a arm which means now i need to come back to KFC another 6 times in the next few weeks to collect the rest of the body parts. This also meant that very excited daughter would receive an arm as a toy?????? Usually there is a boy and a girl toy available. I did question the supervisor how do i give me daughter an arm to play with? So he took the arm back and gave me another set of legs. How do you expect kids to play with that. I believe this is ridiculous and you should consider the toys that are giving to children as unfortunately i am unable to afford to buy KFC every week to complete the transformer. Its a treat to take my kids there for the toy. Change the marketing plan i reckon.<hr>]]>

      <title>Sandwich Baron - Bad Attitude - Bad Customer Service and Robbed of Payment</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br><br> Menu prices on the website different from the store menu price list. On querying the difference on their price lists, store manager's attitude was unprofessional and very rude. Even on highlighting that her conduct was unacceptable, she continued with her disregard for customer satisfaction. The food order was placed on price/ quotation request and manager insisted that the order was placed and payment was due to the sandwich place. How is it possible that an order is placed on price query??<br> <br> The food out-let has absolutely no regard for customers.       <title>Mcdonalds - SAFETY - VENOM SPIDER BITE IN PLAY CENTRE</title>

<![CDATA[Last week, early evening, my 10-year-old daughter got bitten by a Black Widow spider in the Play Centre's top room/area at McDonald's Plattekloof.  After finding the spider, I rushed my daughter to the Mediclinic where she was admitted into hospital with the spider, to confirm the cause of injury.  It was confirmed by the Mediclinic staff that this was in fact a venomous Black Widow spider.  Anti-Venom was rushed from a hospital nearby.  She was discharged from hospital the following day after a terrible touch-and-go evening.  I stopped at McDonalds Plattekloof on the way home  (my daughter was too scared to go in with me) to warn them that the top room needs to be cleaned daily (as spiders don't often leave their webs) as it had obviously not been cleaned and/or dusted properly recently, if at all, so that this sort of thing never happens again to another child.<br> I am appalled that no one has even called us to check if my daughter is in fact alive and/or to even apologise for what had happend in their restaurant that night!  The fact is, if my instincts weren't to rush to the hospital, I could have lost my daughter to their negligence!<br> <hr>]]>

      <title>Scooters Pizza - Bad Attitude - late Deliveries &amp; disgusting attidudes</title>

<![CDATA[April 14 - we stopped at Scooters centurion. waited for our order for 40min eventho we were the only customers there. i noticed a no. of orders for delivery placed on the warmer, yet the delivery guys were chatting up a storm with the staff instead. i didnt think much at the time.<br> <br> I ordered pizza for delivery the ffg 2 consecutive weekends, Apr 21st & April 28th 2012. The owner will find my orders on the system. First thing i asked was if they deliver to my address & if they know where is it. The lady said: "dont worry we deliver there all the time"<br> <br> Apr 21st - pizza arrived 105min after order!!! despite numerous calls to the store, the driver arrived with ice cold pizza's & a stinking attitude. Ploicy = 39 min or free. he insisted we have to pay! i called the store again & refused to.<br> Apr 28th - arrives 70min after ordering. this guy was worse! he insisted we 2km away from the store so had to pay anyway! said we must read the fine print.What nonsense!? we not first time buyers from a scooters. Mavis at the store said, "PLEASE PAY and let this one go this time. next time il give you your whole order free" <br> <br> I expect a ph call from the owner & his staff to be trained!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>KFC - Bad Attitude - Bad Attitude received from cashier</title>

<![CDATA[I ordered 3 streewises (2-pieces), hot wings and a crusher. The cashier then asked if I didn't want the streetwise special that came with a coke, I accepted thinking I could change the coke for another flavour. When she came back with the cokes I asked for other flavours and she said the special only came with a coke. I then said I don't want coke and if she cannot change it she must change the order to the normal streetwise. She asked me how she was going to change it as I've paid, I told her I don't know and asked her to call the manager. The manager then explained how she could change the order but the cashier went on about how she explained to me that she said the special came with a coke and how she was right and I was wrong. She carried on and on speaking to the workers in the back as well who were also now cheering her on and laughing.<hr>]]>

      <title>Mcdonalds - Bad Attitude - Wait in parking area for 20 minutes Sir</title>

<![CDATA[My husband returned from work last night at 02:00 and went to the Macdonalds to get a burger and chips.  When he got to the front the assistant told him to go and stand in the parking area for 20 minutes and then go through the drive through again, because their till is offline.  What the hell?  She was very rude, surely they coyuld have written the sale down, they do have huge menu's there with the prices on?<hr>]]>

      <title>KFC - Bad Attitude - Poor Service</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>My husband and colleague goes to the KFC Drive Through in Brackenfell every mornign and thy then order coffee. IT is the one closest to the Brackenfell Spur and Action Cricket arena.  This morning there were no cars at the Drive through, when they approached the window to place their order for coffee, they were told they MUST go park their car and go into the actual shop.  I find this unacceptable and time waisting, they were on their way to work.  Well they did as they were told and then went into the shop where they waited exactly 10 minutes for their order and all they wanted was coffee.  I find this unacceptable.
