<![CDATA[More than a year back i complained to intec about problems and requested a refund. Im still waiting for the refund and has been told the refund is scheduled but no one can tell me when they will refund me how much or any information, they cant even enquirer about any details.<br> Utterly Disgusted. <hr>]]>

      <title>Intec College - Billing / Accounts - Refund? What refund?</title>

<![CDATA[I enrolled online for a course at Intec in March 2011 AND PAID IN FULL. For some mysterious reason I was never registered by the institution as a student, so no corresondence, no study material.<br> After communication with VARIOUS people at the institution I decided to ask for my money back in August 2011.<br> I was sent from this side to that side - and always being asked to provide my ID, proof of payment, prrof of account into which the money should be refunded into. <br> I was promised in November 2011 that I will receive my money back within 3 months - nothing, nada.<br> After contacting them again (several times, sending up my telephone to the stars) I was promised again on 29 March 2012 by Clyde Bam and Shannon du Preez that my paperwork has been completed and sent to the finance department in Durban to be refunded.<br> Till this day - nothing, nada.<br> I shall be going to Small Claims Court within the next few days (working with my lawyer now to get everything ready).<hr>]]>

In die begin was ek baie skepties, maar so deur die loop van die konsultasie het ek begin besef hoe `n persoon kan geld maak uit die aandeel mark. Ek het besluit om in te koop op die geleentheid en gistrand het ek my opleiding ontvang. Ek is so opgewonde om te begin geld maak op die beurs.<hr>]]>

      <title>Skill Solutions - Billing / Accounts - Betaal vir diens maar kry niks</title>

<![CDATA[Ek het my seun vir klasse by Skill Solutions ingeskryf die klasse was nooit gereeld aangebied  of word op baie kort kennisgewing met sms na ons gestuur dat die klas die middag aangebied sal word.  In haas reel ons dat ons seun daar sal wees, dan daag twee of drie kinders op en dan word gese daar is nie genoeg kinders omdie klas aan te bied sal weer die klas aanskuif.  Wanneer my seun terug is van so n klas is daar nie veel in die leer gedoen en van die modules word nie eers behandel nie, my seun het niks wysers geword nie.  Ons het R2500.00 vooruit betaal en maandeliks betaal ons R120.00.  Die klas aanbiedeninge en inligting wat ons seun gekry is nie die geld werd nie.  Ons vind dat Skills Solutions n groot klug is.  Toe ons gekla het oor die swak diens was dit dae voor ons terug voering gekry het van enige persoon af.<hr>]]>

      <title>Damelin Correspondence College - Billing / Accounts - NO FEEDBACK AFTER 2 MONTHS FROM ACCOUNTS</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>Its been all most 2months later now since my last response from an email that had no name of the person responded to me on HelloPeter, whom I provided names if people who has proof of payment on the amount they claim I owe them. No one has contacted me further and every month I am still listed to ITC for non-payment.<br> Does this mean I need to get a law to deal with Damelin as they are not moved by their clients at all? If they still insist i owe them money then I will pay again just so they stop listing me on monthly basis and hand this issue over to the lawyer to deal with every thing else that they will bring to their attention.<br> <br> I was never even provided with an email address to communicate with the Damelin representative  from Damelin who responded to me so I can follow up wiith.       <title>Damelin Correspondence College - Bad service - damelin service is poor all the care about is mone</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>Im a new student enrolled for correspondence and got my books delivered after i had to make follow up calls with damelin ,and have paid for deposit and consultant never got back to me to advise on what or where to go after calling she send me an email advised that i will get my books in 21 days ,and i had to wait for more than a month and finnaly got books and on the books i assumed there would be a study guide on how where do i start or maybe consultant will advise me and the first debit order has gone off and when i call them directly i held on the phone for more than an hour before you speak to anyone and when i send email to adress given no respond up until today i had to ask around friends to help and explain and i feel that i will struggle for the whole 18 months i have enrolled for and i not sure if i can be able to cancell and get refunded for my registration ,just confussed and worried<br><br><b>Company Response</b><br><img height="16" align="left" src="http://www.hellopeter.com/images/icons/arrow.png"> <u>24th May 2012, 11:38am</u><br><br>Hello zinhlemm,<br />
