      <title>PostNet SA - Late / No Delivery - Courier- Late and bad service</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>On Tuesday 1 May I went into the Postnet in Ballito to arrange a courier for important / urgent documents to be sent up to Pretoria. I paid R360 for a courier and was assured that my package would arrive on Thursday 3 May. However this did not take place, the parcel was not delivered on time. I then went back into the Postnet in Ballito on Friday afternoon at 14:00 to enquire about why my package had still not been delivered! They could not actually tell me where my passport was or when it was going to be delivered. On questioning the service and saying that I was not happy as they had not fulfilled their obligation to deliver my passport on time, the owner, became defensive and rude. I then phoned again on Monday 7 May and was told that my package had finally been delivered.<br> <br> I am disgusted with the service and was shocked that when I queried why it was taking so long all I received was a defensive reply. No one ever offered me an apology or an adequate explanation. Very sorry that your shopping experience at PostNet Ballito was so disappointing. At PostNet we pride ourselves of only offering the best of service at all times and it really hurts when told otherwise!<br />

Your passport did in fact arrive at Trinity Document Services (the company that does our Embassy related services) in Centurion on Thursday, 3 May 2012 and was received by their office lady at 10h50. Visit our website www.postnet.co.za for tracking and delivery details.)<br />

Unfortunately PostNet Ballito was not aware that shipments that arrive after 09h00 will stand over until the next day. The cut-off of 0900 is to ensure that deliveries can be made in time to various embassies that requires deliveries by 10h00.<br />

      <title>RTT - Bad Attitude - RTT truck drivers suck</title>

<![CDATA[I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING DRIVING THROUGH KEMPTON PARK TO GET TO POMONA AND WAS MERGING WITH TRAFFIC ON PLANE ROAD BY THE FESTIVAL MALL AND A RTT TRUCK DECIDED TO CUT OFF EVERYONE AND CUT IN BEHIND ME, NOT ONLY DID HE DO THAT BUT HE KEPT RAMMING INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT 4 TIMES, EVEN AFTER I HOOTED AT HIM.I OBVIOUSLY COULDNT MOVE FORWARD AS I HAD A CAR INFRONT OF ME. HOW CAN HE BE SO STUPID AS TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I HAVE SEEN MANY RTT COMPLAINTS BEFORE AND THIS IS NO EXCEPTION. PLEASE SORT YOUR DRIVERS OUT AND TEACH THEM HOW TO DRIVE PROPERLY FOR GOODNESS SAKE.  <hr>]]>

      <title>Dhl International - Late / No Delivery - Express = 2 weeks still waiting</title>

      <title>Tnt Express - Feedback / Response - bad service by tnt staff</title>

<![CDATA[i ordered my wedding dress online from china, the company there tidebuy was excellent, they rushed my order for me. i was contacted last week friday by tnt reporting that my package is with them and i need to give written approval to release it, they said they would send me an email within 30minutes, i only received it the following week. i did what i was asked, sent it back and have only received the payment i have to make today. might i say, madness. 600 rand, half the price of my dress. contacted them again and have heard absolutely nothing. i keep getting told they would contact me but yet they dont. i dont believe the amount they are charging me is worth their so called effort. they have clearly proven they dont do their job. still waiting reply.....<hr>]]>

      <title>Fedex Express - Late / No Delivery - For swift to lost</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>Parcel reference - JNB02285909. I've send a parcel on Friday 18th May 2012 for delivery on the 19th May 2012, of which I was charged weekend door to door delivery. Various phone calls/ follow up's and excuses the parcel never reached its destination, apparently due to a new buzz word "service error". Not even the so called tracking report on the web is reflecting the correct information. As a last attempt the call centre was phoned again on the morning of 23rd May with the reply that we'll phone you back.       <title>PostNet SA - Terrible Copies - I'm Appalled SHODDY WORK</title>

<![CDATA[I went into PostNet about 2 weeks ago to get copies done from A3 to A0. I took the work in and was told no problem it will be done. My driver picked it up once done and dropped it off at the Conference venue when we unrolled the copies we were dismayed to find the most awful copies ever. Our company colour had changed to almost peach from red there was a border on the page that should not have been there and for this we paid R1500. Ofcourse we could not use this and our MD was very embarassed by all of this. I took this and went to PostNet and spoke to the manager who thought it was not so bad and will have first check with his technician to see if there is anything wrong with the copier. That was last week to date i have not heard from them everytime i call he is not available. I want my money back you do not get away with this shoddy service and work!!!!! <hr>]]>

      <title>Berco Express - Breach of Contract - PLEASE STAY AWAY  FROM  BERCO</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>This is just a message to the public to avoid using Berco Express. Went to Pick n Pay Hyper in Greenstone, to courier a parcel to Durban yesterday at 11am. I paid R99 and was guarenteed and overnight service. Today  the package was only collected at 12:30 from Pick n Pay, when i speak to a call centre agent they now tell me that the parcel will only be delivered tommorow afternoon. This is unacceptable service and is a breach of contract because i paid for and overnight service, not a three day service. Can somebody please call me and resolve this issue immeadiately 083 261 2771. As per my discussions with you the parcel has been delivered to the final destination this morning as per the special arrangements we had made. As part of our investigation we have reviewed vehicle tracking as well as CCTV footage with the store in question which indicates that the driver was indeed at the collection point in Greenstone at the right time in the afternoon. We are now taking this up with the Pick n' Pay store to establish why the parcel was not collected. <br />

We would like to reassure you that we take every complaint very serious and where required we take the necessary action to correct this. <br />

      <title>Speed Services Couriers - Late / No Delivery - Missing Parcel</title>

<![CDATA[A parcel was posted to me via Speed Services Couriers, I was given a tracking number.<br> The destination was Linden, i was told that my parcel had arrived at Linden on 2012.05.15, upon going through to Linden Post Office, I was informed that they had not received my package.<br> <br> Upon phoning SSC it was told to me that due to the strike i would need to wait a few days for them to see if my parcel could be found.<br> <br> On friday the 18th, I was told that my parcel was probably stolen and given an enquiry number and promised by Thuso that i would receive a follow up call on monday, 2012.05.21... I phoned back yesterday to enquire with Thuso, to which i was told he would call me back. I called back today to which i was told that once again he was unavailable and would contact me back, still no phone call.<br> <br> with tracking number, i can see that my parcel was scanned at Actonville on the 2012.05.17. How i could be told that my parcel was stolen is beyond me.<br> <br> I have made over 20 phone calls to SSC, I have spoken to numerous agents and past around more times then i can bare to count. (few people i spoke to "zodwa, phutuma, thuso on friday").<br> <br> This service is pathetic and will advise against using SSC<hr>]]>

This is terrible how many people have they frauded  I have sended my story to Carte Blanche maybe that will help.
