      <title>Pampers - Damaged Goods - Pampers Active Baby nappies keep breaking open!</title>

<![CDATA[I have bought numerous batches of these Pampers Active baby nappies from various different outlets i.e. baby city, pick n pay, woolworths etc., I normally buy the number 4 & 4+ , the 4 for my daughter and the 4+  for my son as there is a substantial size difference between the two. However the nappies keep on breaking, whether my twins are being active or just merely sleeping. I find this to be a huge nu-sense as not only is it a hassle to clean up the absorption material within the nappies, I also fear the health risks to my children and pets that have come close to eating the material!!<br> <br> I would really appreciate a response from Pampers with regard to this issue...<hr>]]>

      <title>ASPEN PHARMACARE - Damaged Goods - Vitamins </title>

<![CDATA[HI,I buy all my vitamins and suplements from clicks as generally there quality and priced better,this month something told me to check the Quantity and 2 were missing out of my daily vitamin(mulitivitamin with ginseng).I then proceeded to contact the applcant on the container. Triton,Where i was handled so rudely by Natlie Bretenbach. I then had to call back and speak to Mac who asked me details and said he would return my call which he later did, informing me i need to go back to the store stand in a huge que just for 2 Vitamins, and his answer was that all his samples that he holds back were all over 30 caps.AS THEY PACK MORE IN. IM NOT SURE HOW TRUE THIS IS.I find this service terrible and believe its a complete rip off, as 2 pills short per bottle are a huge saving on their side.So i went home to count my spirulina and guess what exact same 3 short. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND THEY MUST BE SAVING MILLIONS. Sad that we can not trust such top brand items.Extremly upset :-( HOW MANY MONTHS HAVE THEY BEEN RIPING ME AND OTHERS OFF.  <hr>]]>

      <title>Africa E-mart - Great Attitude - Very good handling of comlaint</title>

<![CDATA[I was so looking forward getting my first vacuum and I was chuffed with myself thinking it was actually a good one and trying online buying for the first time. When receiving the vacuum one of the handles was completely broken off which keeps the top part in place, and the suck function is so weak it barley moves the dirt, and the extra heads you get with to put in front doesn't even have material or anything on them so how is it suppose to clean if its just plastic? BUT I emailed them telling I am unhappy and just a few minutes later someone called me, she was very friendly and helpful, we arranged that I have to send the broken one back and then they will send me a new one through courier and not the post office. I am very happy with the service that I have received<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[Albany bakery is stealing from their customers, I purchased a laof of brown bread and saw to my shock AND AMAZEMENT that there is about half a bread in the bag, only 16 slices and not 22 as per the usual loaf as purchased before, the teller replied that all the bread is the same, WHAT IS HAPPENING??????       <title>Cadbury South Africa - Expiry Date - Chocolate off before expiry date</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I opened a box of milk tray at night just to have a snack,since it was a bit dark I didn't really pay attention to the appearance of the chocolate,but it did taste funny.       <title>Unilever - Feedback / Response - Knorr Unsafe mug Promotion a Disgrace</title>

<![CDATA[<b>Initial Report</b><br>I think it is disgraceful that unilever are not willing to replace faulty mugs that were offered as part of a promotion.<br> These mugs have been declared unsafe for use. The fact that they were "free" seems to make the company think that they do not need to honour the promotion. My purchase was made on the basis of a package deal and would not have taken place on the merits of the soup alone.
