      <title>Philomina Consulting - Billing / Accounts - Debiting my cr card without my consent</title>

<![CDATA[An agent called Bekezela Zikhali, cellphone number 078 881 6592 came to see me regarding an offer to trade directly with the stock market. He works for Philomina Consulting. He explained that first they need to check if I qualify to trade directly in the stock market for that he would need my credit card details, so I filled them in. He then said they will check with his office and if I do qualify they will call me to find out if I want to go ahead with the enrollment and that is when they would debit my card, if I want to enroll. That was the 12 April 2012. The following day I received a call from their office asking me If an agent by the name Bekezela Zikhali came to see me, I said yes, they asked if the presentation was informative or not I said it was and then they said they are busy with my documents, they will call me if I qualify to see If I want to enroll or not and they never did, the next thing they debited my card. I called Bekezela Zikhali that day to tell him I no longer wish to enroll(this was before they debited my card), I was not even aware they had debited my card because I was under the impression that we still needed to do the enrollement as they had explained.<hr>]]>

      <title>Sterling Debt Recovery - Sending me wrong letters - sterling sending me letters</title>

<![CDATA[I keep getting letters from these people stating that I am not paying when I am. I called last month and was told that it was sent by mistake and to ignore it. This month I got another letter. From what I have heard they charge every time they send a letter. I don't want any more letters or calls from them unless I fail to make a  payment.  <hr>]]>

      <title>Eservices - Late / No Delivery - What a fat pile of rubbish</title>

<![CDATA[I contacted eServices to assist me with Vat registration for my new company. I paid what they asked for and they sent me a list of things that I had to send to them so they can process the order. 3 MONTHS later still no Vat registration and after re-sending stuff to them several times for "processing", I wanted a refund. I asked about getting a refund a few days ago and I have not heard anything from them. It's these companies that annoy me cause they take advantage of SMMEs or individuals that put the trust in them. I even went to SARS to register for PAYE and got the papers back before they even bothered to contact me. The communication is apalling, you have to contact them to find out what's happening. If I had known, I would have just gone and stood in a line at SARS and got my Vat registration already. My company has lost a lot of business due to this nonsense.<br> <br> STAY AWAY!!!REPEAT......STAY AWAY!!!<hr>]]>
