my desktop was with incredible connection for 2 months for repairs. Cassim the tech was awesome and efficient is providing feedback and extremely diligent and professional in his manner. thanks also to chantal for procuring a credit for the machine as it was under warranty but could not be repaired. thank you soooo very much cassim. |
