After experiencing the below problem i would like to compliment the Manager of Incredible Connection Nelspruit (Mrs R. Warasally) for excellent customer service. My issue was resolved last month thanks to her and my faith in this company restored. We need more people like her.. I was offered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on the 26th Nov 2011 purchased from Incredible Connection Riverside. Mind you i need to do an aprox 5hr drive to n from this shop as i live out the country. Used it for a few days and noticed a watery mark on the screen. Took it back 3 Dec 2011 as its under warranty and expected to receive a new one as this is a defect from the manufacturer as i discovered on the net. Was told to leave the tab only (no charger or box). I was informed it would go to Vodacom and then to vodacare and only then would they call me as i could have caused the problem. Until today no call, no tab, no idea when i will get it and im really disappointed at this, being a brand new device. |
