I was shopping around for a laptop last year, comparing prices at various stores and suppliers. I walked into Incredible Connection Cresta and was assisted by Malusi who explained everything that I needed to know. he ensured that the advice he provided to me was to the best of his knowledge and didn't ****if was not certain of something. Although I found a laptop elsewhere, cheaper, I decided that Malusi's service was IMPECCABLE adn he deserved this sale. He even threw in a mouse for free! A few months later, my sister-in-law also wanted a laptop and I recommended that she go to Malusi - she was also wowed by the service and purchased from him.
