Incredible Incredible Connection

I would like to extend my greatest and heartfelt gratitude to Incredible Connection. A week or two ago, there was a misprint in one of their pamphlets, I was extremely upset at the fact that I could not get the advertised product. Today being the 22 December 2011, I was most surprised to come back from doing Christmas shopping to find a couriered letter. In that letter Mr Miller the CEO of Incredible Connection sincerely apologised for any inconvenience that I may have incurred and he enclosed a gift voucher as a token of his and Incredible Connection's error caused due to the misprint. WOW to say the least.

Thank you Mr Miller and your wonderful staff and company for the quick response and for taking the time out to send me an apology. All I can say is that Incredible Connection is definitely on my list of great retail shops and that I will recommend Incredible Connection to all my friends and family and I will be a customer for years to come.
