| I brought in my faulty hard drive in on the 29th Dec 2011, innitially i had to complain about the lack of customer service on hello peter, however, Clinton withwhom I dealt with on returning to the store after lodging my complaint was an absolute star, he constantly updated me on the status of my repair, and yesterday called me to tell me that the supplier and management had concluded that the item would be replaced. Staff such as Clinton are what make customers return. | |||
