Unacceptable service

I booked in my laptop to be repaired (broken LCD) on the 13th of December and was told it would take 10 days due to the Christmas period. Almost a month later still nothing and very little follow up from Marlon. Finally 2 weeks ago it was meant to be ready on Wednesday, Wednesday came and went and apparently they received the wrong part. They said the part needed to be re-ordered and it would take 4 weeks but they could get it flown down from JHB that week instead and it would be ready as soon as it arrived that week. Nothing has happened since and after a phone call today nobody is at the shop who knows anything about the laptop. This has got to be the most shocking service i have EVER received, how can you expect someone to be without a laptop for 2 months? It's not a warranty claim i am actually trying to PAY for a new screen. Please sort it out A.S.A.P!!!!

After speaking to Marlon who needs a lesson in "the customer is always right" etiquette, and Edwin who has told me he's taken the matter in to his own hands, Im finally getting called back. Much to my "surprise", Incredible connections suppliers don't have the parts & need ANOTHER 2-4 weeks to order the screen. So it will be 3 months to get an LCD replaced. I'm horrified at the state of Incredible connections supplier relations. 4 weeks for a national supplier of computers? Wow. Ebay is quicker.  

Updated 9/2 Edwin contacted me and assured me he was solving the problem. Unfortunately I received another phone call (finally getting called back thanks Hello Peter), stating the part needs ANOTHER 2-4 week wait. I decided to take my laptop elsewhere to get fixed, on the morning of picking up the laptop from Incredible, Marlon phoned to say he has managed to repair the screen at no charge (and no replacement) and Edwin gave me a voucher for the inconvenience. Horrible situation but it's been resolved and I am thankful for the effort to make the situation better by Edwin and Marlon.
