Poor service and no response to complaint!

Earlier this week, i went in to the Clearwater "Mega" store to buy an iPad and cable, nearly an R8000 transaction. No one helped me, 15 inutes later I eventually went to call someone, I asked him a simple question, which he could not answer, he then went to find someone that could, 10 minutes later still no sign of him.

I then took the time and effort to send a message to Incredible connection via their website, 4 days later, no one ven bother to acknowledge or reply!

Shocking!

Not Impressed: Incredible eventually contacted me to apologise and offered to sell me the goods I had tried to buy from them, but had already bought elsewhere.
