NO REPORTS ON FAULTY LAPTOP

My computer went in for repairs early Dec last year. I was not given any feedback until i called mid last month 2 enquire on the progress only 2 b told the computer is there waiting 4 collection. I requested reports on what exactly was the problem because it was the second time within a period of six months that there computer hs broken down. Till today i hv nt received any reports, i call them only to be told they r waitin 4 the supplier 2 provide the reports. Noone calls me 2 gv m any feedback. I refused 2 take the laptop until i knw wht the problem is as they refuse to replace it with a new laptop even though the harddrive has broken down twice even though the computer is still new & nt even a yr old. I need ANSWERS. The service @ Incredible Connection really *****
