| I ordered a camera online on Monday 30 January 2012. On 31 January 2012 my electronic payment was settled and I received an invoice stating that the Payment was settled. I phoned the number provided on the invoice just to find out when my order will be delivered and was told by a Justin that it will be the next day, 01 February 2012. I phoned Justin again later that day, and he was apparently out for lunch, I phoned again, to no avail, and the fourth time I got hold of him he said that he will get back to me, he never did. on 2 February 2012 I phoned him again, at about 10:00 and 11:00 and again there was no answer. Needless to say, none of the Incredible Connection branches can help me track that order, and all but one branch refused to help me at all. I contacted RAM hand to hand couriers without a waybill number and was told that the package would be collected from their Welkom store. Welkom for a delivery in Johannesburg? What are these guys doing? while several stores in Gauteng carry stock of the item I ordered, my order would be fulfilled by the Welkom store? DOes not make Sense.I still don't have a waybill number and I am still waiting for Justin's call... | |||
