No Feedback EVER

I Bought a TEAC portable DVD Player at Incredible Connection in JHB in June 2011. The screen would not display and I took it to Tokai for a warranty repair. I had to physically go in to check up as I was never contacted and eventually got the unit back 3 weeks later. The unit packed up in December and will not readthe disk. I was told that I could not hand in the unit as the suppliers were closing for the holidays. This was 12th Dec, i had to wait until 20th Jan 2012 to hand it in. I did so on the 23rd Jan, and was told by Marlon that he would accelerate the process and contact his Head Office. This would take 3-4 days. I have not heard anything to date. FEED BACK keeps an already UNHAPPY CUSTOMER consoled. I will not do business with Incredible Connection again.
