| HEADLINE | Have no idea what a Display card is. |

| The staff at Incredible Connection Wonderpark are useless. I phoned them today to enquire about a price on a display card for my PC. The lady that answered the phone told me they don't have any and she is unsure what I'm talking about. So my next question to her was "so you don't sell computer hardware?" which she then told me to hold on and transferred me to the next person. Now this lady had the same response and said I must hold on while she asked someone else. I could hear her shout to another person that I was looking for a Display card for a laptop ..... ***... FOR A LAPTOP ?!?!?!? Incredible connection your staff is a bunch off useless people which has no knowledge of computers or their hardware. Must this not be one of the duties of the staff before you employee them? This is a computer store after all. You will never ever see my money again INCREDIBLE CORRUPTION, and be sure I will tell all my friends in the computer world this story as well. | |||
