| I looked to buy an ADSL router at Incredible Connection, I saw a great deal on one of the routers on their website. I checked the avalibility on the web page and it said all stores have stock. I went off to buy it, after arriving home I noticed it was the wrong model. I phoned them to tell them this, the managers response was "That model is discontinued, there is nothing we can do. It is not our fault that our website is faulty." Not satified I phoned the call center, and to my surpirse the router I origanally wanted has not been discontinued and they have stock! I cannot believe that a store manager will blantently ****to a customer. | |||
