| I went to Incredible Connection on Saturday to buy the Verbatim 50-pack DVD-R disks as advertised for R89,95. When I got to the till, the cashier told me I had the wrong disks, even though I had the 50-pack Verbatim spindle. I showed her the photo in the ad sheet, and still she kept on saying it wasn't on special. When the manager came, he tried to tell me it was only the refill pack that was on special, even though it does not say so in the brochure. The brochure for 2-5 February just said Verbatim 50 Pack DVD-R (page 8). Then he went on to tell me that I could take the spindle for R250. He expected me to pay R160 more just to get a plastic spindle. When I told him it was false advertising, he was unprofessional enough to ask me what I was going to do about it. | |||
