Incredible Connection has advertised Vodacom contracts and are not willing to honour the advertised deals. It is not the customer's mistake and they should honour the deal. This is not the first time that this happened and is definitely not on. It is an utter cop out when Vodacom/Incredible Connection hides behind their words "ERRORS AND OMISSION EXCEPTED). It is also a cop out when Incredible Connection passes the buck to Vodacom!!! I previously sat in 2 hours of traffic only to be told the advert was an error. They must honour the current deal as advertised and available from 2 to 5 February 2012! |
