EMPTY PROMISES

I handed in my kodak easyshare camera at Incredible connection westgate for repairs on 15/01/2012, and was promised feedback within 7 days. Never happened, no calls. Then i spoke to mpho who then told me im getting new camera as my camera cannot be repaired,within 5 days. but she never came back to me and i phoned again . I then spoke to ronaldo the manager, who promised my camera by 3/2/2012, and i also mentioned to him i needed camera for that weekend, and no calls on 3/2/2012 , i was even promised delivery. This is very poor service,the worst i have seen in long time. The whole problem here is the people working there dont know what a dairy is as they never phone customers back ,and to promise and not deliver is very poor business.If i dont get my camera within a day i will take it further
