| I have never been so harassed by a company in my life and it had to be this one. I have been getting calls from incredible connection while at work. When my phone actually rings, the person who calls firstly drops the call when I answer every time!!!! My biggest issue with incredible connection is the fact that I have called in requesting a settlement quote which I fulfilled the day I asked for it, which was on the 6th of January 2012. I receive a message saying you would deduct on the 20th of this month a little before the 20th which I assumed was in error or was system generated due to the fact that I had settled it recently. You deducted, I called in, lady told me to cancel with my bank and reverse it because you have received the settlement amount. Why do you, incredible connection keep calling me everyday of the week telling me to pay what I owe when it's settled!! I'm extremely upset because I keep getting the same exact question from all of your help desk people. Please sort it out as it shows incredible connection does bad business. | |||
