I was an Centurion store last Friday to get a new Blackberry pouch. Whilst dealing with the sales lady, i showed her my old pouch and the problems with it. She immediately asked why don't I return it as it has a lifetime guarantee. I was shocked as I was not informed at the time of purchase. I spoke to the manager and told her by disappointment as I had bought the same pouch for myself and my wife. When mine gave trouble, I simply discarded it. What shocked me was that the manager was also not aware of the product warranty's. The store had no electricity so, she undertook to find my purchase on the system and call me back to sort out the replacements of the pouches. Its been a week and no call alt all. Really really disappointing. |
