Bad Service

I purchased a cordless phone from (Clearwater Mall) INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ( I am tempted to say CORRUPTION) on my DEBIT card on the 7 January 2012 for R319.00. After returning the replacement (second) phone with the original receipt and packaging AND driving up and down wasting my time and petrol, I was only refunded R250.00. R69 less than the original purchase price. In an attempt to resolve this matter the Acting Store Manager got involved. His behaviour however was totally unbecoming of that of a Senior member of staff. He made no attempt to provide me with a service and was downright rude to me as a customer. Never will I shop there again and want others to be aware my experience.
