Totally incredible incompetence

Dear Incredible Corruption, i mean connection...

I had an account with you over a year ago which was paid off in June / July 2011. I have spoken to managers and your contact centre staff who had confirmed that the account would be closed.

I just received my free credit report from Experian, and guess what, the account still reflects as "Open" with a balance of R4????

Please can someone do their job properly for once and resolve this matter!
