STILL NOT REFUND!

On the 15th December 2011 I went into the Cresta store to pay off my account. I overpaid the account by +-R170. They informed me that I cannot close my account until they refund me the R170.00. It is now 31 days later and STILL no refund! They are very quick to phone you when you have not paid your monthly installment and will easily blacklist you if you do not pay the account but here I am the customer and still waiting for my refund. They will probably deduct another months fee for the card (because I cannot close the account) which I feel is unfair and I WILL dispute this! Can someone from Incredible / Maravedi please call me urgently to confirm that my money will be paid TODAY!

Quite Impressed: I was called by a consultant on Tuesday and was told that I would be refunded.  Althought a little upset that I still had to pay a card fee considering the account was settled in December, I am happy that I managed to get my money back.  Please can someone from Marevedi contact me to confirm that this card has been cancelled.
