| I went into the store on sunday 29th Jan and enquired about Ergo Tilt laptop stands - the person assisting showed them to me and told me that they were on special. I told him that this is great as I wanted 12 for my company but first needed to get the company credit card which I would do on Monday and return - he indicated that was fine, Monday we phoned to confirm that they still had the stock and they indicated there was no special price so I went in on Tuesday morning. I spoke to a store assistant whose first response was that the special was no longer running - I then pointed out the sign which still had them on the special price, he then went to check with his manager. He returned to and said that they will give me the special price but in accordance with the CPA they can limit the volume so I can only have 3 as opposed to the 12 I needed. I told him its all 12 which I explained equated to more money or not at all and he simply said it is what it is and I can speak to his manager. I did not bother as clearly there is a culture of apathy that starts at the store manager level. Not to mention the chaos on sunday as staff were wrestling and fooling around in the store | |||
