Unusually fast resolve period

I recently purchased a second hand desktop modem and wanted to link it to my current iBurst account. After being put through to tech support, I was told that my call needed to be forwarded to some other department in order for this to be done. After a while, the same technician told me that they were busy but that he'll try link it for me from his side. A few seconds later the modem was linked to my account and I could enjoy the benefits of iBurst via the new modem.

As many of us know, iBurst tech support does not have the best track record, but I was very pleased with the manner in which the staff resolved this issue, in total it took no more than 3 minutes.
