I just want to compliment iBurst on their new packages. I am pleased to see that they are following the trend for reduced bandwidth costs and are remaining competitive. I have a month-2-month contract and was just planning to downgrade my package to save money and now I'm able to save money and still keep the same Cap. The staff at the Menlyn park iBurst helped me migrate. They were very professional and promptly provided me with all the information I needed. they showed good knowledge of what was available and how the migration would work. The transaction was done in just a few minutes and by the time I got home my new package was enabled. Well done! |
