iBurst frown, now upside down.

I give credit where credit is due, and Melanie at iBurst has come to the party.

With my previous complaint, i have been contacted and my account has been checked at iBurst and I have been refunded the balance that was owed to me.
I must only add that it did take 7 days to sort this problem out, but none the less it has been rectified.

I would like to thank Melanie for her responses and amicable services to fixing my problem.
