Iburst Accounts

Having had numerous problems in the past with Iburst, I was quite surprised to get some good service from them.

My debit order went off for Iburst end October as normal, but imagine my surprise when additional funds was taken off on 05 November. I contacted Iburst via telephone and was told it was an error from their side and I will be refunded in +7 days and an actual day of refund could not be given. I then contacted Melanie Ferlito who is the Iburst representative on the mybroadband forum as I found it unacceptable to wait so long for a refund. . She reverted to me promptly and within 24 hours she confirmed the process has been speeded up and my refund will be done this Friday.

This is the kind of of good customer service that makes me glad I stayed with Iburst.
