Can't get correct bill, now turned over to laywers

I cancelled my contract over a year ago. I have a cancellation number: 00127957. Your accounts department billed me for an extra month. I gave the ref # to them, they agreed to ajust the bill for the correct amount and send it to me. I repeated this with them a few times, always with the wrong amount and promises to adjust it to the correct amount and send a bill.

Now I get a snotty call from some law firm claiming to be acting on behalf of IBurst. I (patiently) repeat my problem, and they say that even though IBurst are their clients, they cannot access the data from my account, and I must prove to them that IBurst billed me incorrectly!

I am QUITE HAPPY to pay the outstanding amount that I owe Iburst, I am NOT going to pay the exorbitant lawyers fees that your lawyers have "added" to the amount that I owe IBurst. I am STILL waiting for Iburst to send me the correct account!!!

Is there someone who is marginally competant who can sort this out? Lawyers calls late at night threatning to blacklist me unless I pay some stupid amount are really annoying.
