Having been an iburst customer going on five/six years now, I finally upgraded my account to the new packages available. It was initially very messy and with my network being set up by an independant contractor, I was experiencing a huge amount of problems..... which is when I decided to get into my car and go to head office and tackle the bull by the horns. I was met by Leslie at customer services and all I can say is that this man deserves a raise! Not only did he look into my account, but asked what my current needs were and then advised me on the best package for me based on my modem history. I left your buildings with one thought in mind: That man needs to be working in my business. Welldone on amazing customer service.... Now please look at your telephone lines so that when I call in and press one for accounts I dont get sent to Tech support and vica versa as it currently stands... |
