Wrong billing

Every month Iburst charge me a fee for a debt order not going of my bank account - every month we phone in and the correct this matter - every month they say it will not happen again - every month it happens again - I wrote them an email and this is one week later - no response - not even a acknowledgement of email - this email was to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] on the Thu 1/12/2012 6:38 AM - I also wrote them directly via there website - after my 2yr contract I would like to downgrade and do month -to-to month - Menlyn Iburst said i can do it via the internet - well I can't and no one from iburst did contact me!! shame on you Ibusrt!
